Park N Jet Lot-1, SeaTac Airport Parking

Used Park N Jet for a recent trip and had a great experience. Booking was easy, the price was fair, and the lot felt secure. Shuttles were quick both ways, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Everything ran smoothly, and my car was just as I left it. Will definitely use them again!

Had the best experience among all the P&R services near SeaTac that I’ve used. The staff were polite and professional, the airport drop-off and pick-up were fast, and the price was good, just to name a few. If you don’t mind leaving your car key with them, I would recommend using valet parking instead of self-parking and making a reservation online for better pricing. I will definitely use their service again.

I really like Park n Jet. I have used them multiple times now, and every time I do, it’s an awesome experience. Between the front desk crew to the drivers they are professional, courteous, welcoming, and reassuring that my car is taken care of every time I leave it there. Their prices are also very reasonable for airport parking. I love the convenience Of being able to park there and have them shuttle me to and from the airport. Highly recommend!

I’ve always used Park N Jet for all of my travels, and this most recent experience reinforced why I keep coming back. My flight was canceled, which created a lot of unexpected stress and confusion. Because my travel plans changed, I had a difficult time locating my car when I returned. Thankfully, we eventually found it safe and sound. Despite all the chaos, the manager handled the situation exceptionally well. He was understanding, professional, and very kind throughout the entire process. He even waived the late fee due to the circumstances, which I greatly appreciated. Customer service like that goes a long way. I will absolutely continue using Park N Jet for all of my future travel parking needs. Thank you for your kindness and excellent service!

super helpful and accommodating. i made a lot of errors when scheduling my reservation, but they helped me a ton and made up for my mistakes. i was able to pay for a new reservation on the spot and they helped me when my flight came in a lot earlier than expected. only critique would be to have clearer instructions on the pick up spot. driver was great and the front desk workers were very friendly and i am very appreciative of their services.

Park N Jet is my go-to! My car is always ready to go and calling for pickup is very straightforward. I highly recommend them for extremely affordable and convenient airport parking & shuttle service. Great staff and clean shuttle vehicles!

I had a great experience using Park N Jet! I arrived at 4:30am and felt completely safe and comfortable being shuttled to the airport. Pick up was speedy and super smooth following their automated system. I will be using Park N Jet for all of my travels moving forward!

I’ve used this place multiple times because it’s close and decently priced. But it’s not great. It’s a pretty long wait time for only being 7 minutes away from the airport. I’ve waited 25+minutes to be picked up. The staff isn’t friendly. They don’t check ID’s or anything when dropping or picking up cars. I’ve also had the shuttle drive right past me after waiting for a long time and had to uber back.
