Justin of "Water Heaters Only, Inc" performed excellent work installing my new 50 gallon propane water heater. 1) I needed the water heater placed a few inches from the nominal location to allow clearance of a very long ladder to fit behind the water heater. Justin spent the time to allow for the clearance. 2) Referring to the attached photos, note the excellent quality of the copper pipe solder joints. Justin sanded the copper pipes to allow a strong solder joint. 3) The installation of the pipes are level and look professional. 4) All new water and propane gas valves were installed. 5) Justin is super friendly. I will recommend Justin and "Water Heaters Only" in the future

Your company installed a 150k tankless water heater in my rental at 6610 College Grove Dr., unit 16 on 13 January 2026. The office personnel were very knowledgeable, and professional and answered all my questions. Justin G conducted the installation. He also reached out to me prior to the installation and addressed my concerns. Justin also provided me with photos after the installation was completed. I felt the install was very professional and looked very clean. To be honest the cost for install floored me due to the fact I had a company in San Diego for 12 years (2005-2017). My how times have changed. Although I chose the "overpriced" option your company was the lowest bid I received. Thanks to those individuals I spoke to during the entire process.

Had a great experience with Damien, which was my installer. Had a water heater emergency and through the phone got an accurate and relevant quote. Had a window and Damien was on time and took care of everything quickly and professionally. I was informed of services and warranties, instructions on how to turn the water heater on, scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting in case I needed it, along with some tips and tricks for more hot water if anyone visits.

Damien Lowrimore was a very friendly, careful and knowledgeable engineer. He did a great job installing a new water heater. He came on a Sunday after our old one decided to pack in on the Saturday. Really impressed with that. I recommend him and the company very highly.

I have, thus far, been pleased with this company. A person(!) fairly promptly answers the phone and addresses my questions and concerns. When we decided to replace our tankless water heater, they were very flexible in getting me scheduled. Our service technician (Toa Tau) arrived on time (and contacted me beforehand to give us a heads up). He answered all our questions (before, during, and after the installation process) thoroughly and politely. He seemed meticulous and thorough during the installation. I appreciate that Water Heaters Only will back up the heater they installed, and available for service and maintenance services as needed. Based on my experience thus far, I anticipate that they will be prompt and efficient in addressing any of our needs, and I look forward to a long and productive life for our new water heater.

Very happy with the service from Water Heaters Only. Justin arrived on time and was very professional. After inspecting my current tankless, he explained my options for replace or repair. I choose to replace. Justin was able to remover the old tankless and install the new tankless within a few hours. His installation looks better than the work our previous plumber did. Justin did a great job ascertaining that my tank just needed new brass nipples and hose lines where the old ones were corroding. Everything was explained and he did a very professional looking job- better than new!!
