Dole was one of six HVAC companies we invited to bid on converting our 139 year old 2 story city home to have independent "zoned" systems for each floor. We had an idea of what we wanted. Doc, the owner, personally came out for the consulatation and bid. He suggested a few changes to our original plan. After some consideration, we realized that Doc's plan was the winning solution for us in regards to this project meeting expectations. Of the six HVAC company bids, Dole's pricing was also the most realistic. The install crew was was fantastic. They were very curtious and polite. They cleaned up after themselves each day. Doc, the owner, also would drop in to check to make sure the project was meeting expectations. We would definately have Dole Heating & Cooling return for future work.

Great experience with Dole Heating and Conditioning. Doc came out and provided honest input for the best options for our sun room. He also had the best price out of 3 quotes. We were scheduled within a week of accepting the quote. A two man team showed up and did a great job installing the wall mounted mini split. They worked efficiently and answered all my questions. Dole Heating, Air Conditioning & Duct Cleaning came out to service my AC unit today. This is a company I would definitely recommend or use again. Kyle the service technician was very polite and knowledgeable he explained to me certain technical issues about different AC units I was trying to understand about he even took the time to call the manufacturer to see if the part that I needed was under warranty. I appreciate that. Thank you Dole for taking care of my AC needs.

Dole Heating and Air Conditioning already has a fantastic reputation. They serviced my HVAC and did a fantastic job. They were able to isolate the part that was making the noise and fixed it on the spot. The service was fantastic, and the prices were very fair. I would recommend using them for any needs in the St. Louis Metropolitan area.

Carlos and his coworker were polite, communicative and efficient. I was very pleased with the service. In hindsight I should have tipped them but I’m not sure of the protocol being a renter.
