I had a great experience getting my ac repaired by Virginia auto. They provided many conveniences like ubering me to work and a loaner car when my car needed additional days to repair. Michelle was super friendly and very communicative throughout the process. I would definitely use this shop again for future repairs!

We just purchased a 2004 Hummer H2. It was a “garage queen” with 30k miles on it that came through an estate sale. There were very few service records available on Carfax so we took it to Virginia for a full fluids work up. The first contact made was with Robert, a very professional and personable individual who has been with the company for over 20 years. And though they were over an hour drive away, I reviewed a number of other outfits but Robert was the person I wanted to deal with. We are preparing this car for our granddaughter so Robert had a blank check to change all fluids, and check it out completely. The multi page comprehensive assessment of the truck took a day and to my surprise, the suggestion was we change some of the fluids not all because upon inspection, they found most to be in good shape. And to be certain of that they analyzed the samples for contaminates. Who does that? In my many years, I have never had an organization be so thorough and honest. It was 100% a very refreshing experience. We will be returning with other vehicles and referring Virginia (and Robert) whenever possible. Thank you G

I’ve been taking my car here for several years and the service and communication has always been professional, thorough, and kind. They always take their time to explain things to me, and help me prioritize when money is tight. I really like that they send a detailed report with pictures straight to your phone. Everyone here is great and I highly recommend them.

I've taken my 2020 Colorado to Virginia Auto Service twice now and have had nothing but great results at a fair price. They're thorough, knowledgable, fast, and great to work with. The first visit was an alignment when my truck started driving strange after some fun driving in the desert, and the second time was an oil change and transmission fluid flush maintenance. The alignment fixed my steering issues on the first time, and the transmission hasn't shifted better since I bought the truck 4 years ago! This is my go-to shop for anything my truck needs.

The main thing about auto service is trust. I trust Virginia Auto Service for telling me the truth, not trying to add on things that I don't need. They advise you, not abuse you. I don't have any worries about the quality of the work and the work is completed when promised. Robert and Michelle are honest, knowledgeable, and always takes their time to explain what needs to be done and why and if money is tight they explain what really needs to be done and why and what can wait for down the road. I took my car in to get a tire rotation and balance. I’m grateful for the gentleman in the office who helped me! I didn’t get his name.. but He took the time to show me the issue and explained the problem so I had a better understanding what was going on. I also loved that they left scents in my car and left it smelling good! ✨ This company loves what they do and it shows! As soon as I got in my car to leave I found a baby Jesus on my dashboard that was greatly appreciated and truly blessed with great service!

What an outstanding experience at Virginia Auto. All of my questions were answered in a most professional manner by Michelle. The technician write up was the most thorough I have ever had.
