When it comes to pizza, I would say New York style is the standard. This spot executed the NY style compared to other pizza spots in Phoenix. There is minimal flop to the pizza. I loved the ricotta cheese concept as it reminded me of a couple pizza joints back in Manhattan. The hot honey wings were a bit dry but I did see the flavor other reviewers are saying. The reason for the poor review results from the service here. There was an employee that was snarky and rude about serving my uncle's drinks since he didn't have a physical ID (My uncle was straight up turning 50). I understand that there are protocols that must be followed and that he was doing his job. However, that individual was awkwardly staring at us the whole time and was snarky to us at the counter. He wore is cap backwards (I don't know his name unfortunately). He paraded to other employee that he denied a 50 year old for beer (No exaggeration). I do hope there is an improvement to the service here as there is potential for this spot. Overall, this place has a good grasp for New York style pizza. What needs improvement is the service and making sure employees leave a positive experience for customers.

Via Della Slice Shop is honestly my favorite place to grab a slice. The Phoenix pizza is hands down my favorite and the honey hot wings are SO good every time. Everything always tastes fresh and flavorful. And if you want something sweet after, the cannolis are absolutely delicious. One of my go to spots in Phoenix for sure!

My family and I recently hosted our own pizza tour in Downtown Phoenix and unanimously agreed that this was our favorite spot. I recently visited late night after some drinks with my friends and were welcomed by the amazing scent of pizza. The slices are about the size of a Costco slice but way better quality. The pricing is a bit steep, but well suited for the quality and flavor of each slice. If you take a whole pizza to go you’ll be surprised by how large of a pie it is! Also - their wings are amazing!

This place is a solid by the slice spot! They have some traditional options and some of their own creations. Tried three different slices and they were all awesome! My favorite one was the Phoenix. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The vibes are chill and the music was great!

Well it’s official. After many years and many pizzas i have finally found the best slice shop in phoenix. This review is for a counter service slice spot. I live in north phoenix so this trip took a bit but found myself downtown today and finally!!! Soooo good. Please open up a spot in north phoenix!!!!! Cool little place. Great staff. Small place. Only 7 tables. Highly recommended!!!!!

They forsure got the best slice of ny style pizza in az. Ive been here maybe 10 times now and it always hits. The only thing i would say about this place is the workers. They are never nice or welcoming or even smile. Absolutely worth it though😂

This is some of the best pizza I've ever had. We got the Phoenix, the classic pepperoni, and the smoky potato and they were all excellent. The ranch is really good too. Friendly, quick service.

Food was delicious! Service was fast, staff very friendly, cozy place. The pizza was super delicious. We also ordered the honey hot wings. We liked them but were a bit too sweet for our taste. We love the fact that we could order the slice so we were able to try different pizza flavors.
