I first and foremost just want to say that Jaymes is a good dude. He had good energy and came into our home excited and eager to help. He explained everything about the process of getting a new HVAC unit. It can be stressful because that is a huge purchase and a lot of moving parts that go into making it happen. It happened fast and seamless! The crew that showed up to install the unit. I cannot thank ALL of you enough for everything you did for us. You guys were so professional, courteous, polite and just nice guys! Josh was awesome helping get everything squared away on the inside of our home, from the thermostat to the new grate and taking care of all the little details. I'm sorry I don't remeber everyones names, but you know who you are! I would recommend Mountainside Air to any and all. Thanks again!

The team at mountainside air did a great job installing my two new AC units. They were very professional, on time and knowledgeable. I had a great experience with Mountainside AC during a very stressful AC situation. We had been dealing with an ongoing no-cooling issue and needed another professional diagnosis. Rudy, the GM, was extremely helpful and professional, and Christian, the technician, was excellent. Christian took the time to properly evaluate the system instead of just guessing or rushing through the call. He correctly diagnosed the issue as a reversing valve problem and explained what he was seeing in a way that made sense. After dealing with conflicting information from other companies, it was a huge relief to have someone knowledgeable, honest, and thorough look at the system. Even though we ultimately did not end up using them for the repair, they absolutely earned my respect and trust. I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend them to anyone needing an honest HVAC company. Rudy and Christian were both great to work with, and I really appreciate the care they took with our situation.

Albert was my technician and he did a great job. He was polite, professional, and very efficient with the work. He explained everything clearly so I understood what was being done and why. I also appreciated that he never tried to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. He was respectful, clean, and carried himself professionally the entire time. No awkward or uncomfortable moments, which matters when someone is working in your home. Overall a really positive experience and I would definitely use this company again because of the service he provided.
