Desiree was freakin awesome! She listened to what we wanted and what we didn’t want and showed us excellent products that fit what we were looking for. She took time away from the floor to help me and she went through a box full of jewelry to find the perfect one that I described. She is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! I will absolutely be returning because of her!! Thank you so much Castle and Desiree!

Had such a great time, the sales person helped so much. I told them what I wanted and they spent a lot of time looking for what I wanted. Plus told me about some of the new things they had .I picked up some gel and a outfit. I'm definitely going back to get the new toy one of the sales clerk suggested.. I just need to save the money for it. I really love this store. Thanks lady's for your help.

Me and my boyfriend love this place! The staff is very friendly and super helpful. I’m a shy person when it comes to that kinda stuff but they do a good job of making everyone feel welcome and comfortable.

I want to "Thank" the staff ,they where exceptional . Didn't make me uncomfortable , but at the same time we're very knowledgeable of the products. Let let me know about a sale that was going on saving me money. From entering the store until exiting with my purchases the staff was professional and knowledgeable and worked well together as a team these days it's hard to find staff that can work together like that again thanks to Castle Megastore, Deer Valley,Az I would highly recommend them.

Chef kiss. Fav store one this side of town! Friendly staff. Clean and organized. Personable staff. Helpful with browsing and selecting and helping choose items based on your requests. They get to work when it’s busy but make sure to ask about your day or make a genuine compliment. 10/10

My wife and I were looking for a vibrator for her and when we went in we asked a salesperson where they were. We went over there looked around and were approached by an associate who helped us choose something to my wife’s liking. He was very friendly, professional and helpful. And very tall. He showed us the best one on the market we purchased it and have been delighted with it! It was a pleasant experience overall and I can’t wait to go back because I will purchase a fleshlight very soon and I saw your selection was abundant! Keep up the good work!

Very knowledgeable and helpful. No judgements, open and honest. Usually I feel uncomfortable and shy trying find what I need, but this store changed everything! Will definitely be back ❤️
