My husband and I purchased a 2020 Lexus NX 300 two weeks ago at Midway Chevrolet Pre-owned Center. It was a pleasurable experience dealing with our salesman, Theus. He was very patient and kind with us as we weighed out whether or not to move forward with the purchase of the car. His manager, Andy, was always available and very helpful during the whole purchase process as well. We then dealt with Oscar, from the service department. He was very knowledgable about a tint adjustment that we needed on our new car's windows. He was very courteous and handled the correction swiftly. We highly recommend Midway Chevrolet and we would do business with them again in the future!

Walked in, immediately greeted by Camillo, he was a great listener. He found me what I needed in the price point I wanted. One of my better dealership experiences. I love my new car! My finance guy- Sammy went to bat for me and got me an APR that was more in line with my needs. Great team at Midway.

The whole buying process was quick and great! No hassle and really gave me options and helped me get the best truck and deal that worked good for me. Shy-Lee and TJ my sales person were very helpful from the start TJ show a couple vehicles and test drove two of them finally selecting the one for me. TJ even drove me home to pick up my check book I forgot. Shey-Lee help me trough the whole administration process and even gave me tour of the dealership service center for future service calls. During the set up process in my truck she was very patient to set up my phone and answer all my questions. Overall a very satisfying not hassle buying experience highly recommended.

Great people who were considerate of my time, distance ( 3 1/2 to 4 drive ) to the valley and was able to find the exact car I was looking for. Plus they gave me a price that made it worth my while to drive to the valley. Brent made the whole process as easy as possible throughout. While I was dealing inwith several different dealerships Brent never questioned my request for all communication done by text or email so I didn’t forget which salesperson said what. Everyone treated my wife and I with respect and kindness. Everything promised was delivered unlike a different dealership that gave a written quote that they would not honor the following day. Midway and Brent followed up everything promised. As a professional Santa 🎅🏻 I needed that radiant red color. Thanks guys !!!

I came in to have the service department do some recall updates on my old Silverado. While I waited I met a salesman named Isreal. He was a genuine natural at sales and very knowledgeable about a new purchase I wanted to pursue. I was taken care of with extreme satisfaction from service department on departure. I kept in touch with Isreal about a new purchase. I came back 3 weeks later to purchase a 2026 Trail Boss Silverado. Isreal was great. Got me what I wanted for my trade in, all the warranty’s I needed and I left in my new Duramax happy as can be. The whole team at Midway Chevrolet were accommodating and amazing. Thanks again for the purchase Isreal.

My appointment was for 4pm, for a LOF, and tire rotation I’ve been having issues with my FOB and advised Brandon of the issue before the appointment time, and asked if I could get a new FOB with him, or if I needed to go to the parts department? Brandon indicated he could have it done, but would be cheaper for me through the part department. Appreciated the info. Next I am greeted by a salesman while sitting in the lobby. And expressed I was not interested in a new vehicle after extended attempts of persuasion. The same Salesman came back 15-30 min later with the same pitch. No again! After about an hour, I get up to stretch my legs. Guess who opened the door for me? Nice guy, but he finally got my message of no and left. Back in the lobby I notice it’s 5:48pm. Great, it should be done soon. I’m also the only one left in the lobby. Brandon shows up and asks if I’m waiting for a vehicle. Yes. Who is your advisor? Gabriel? Maybe Brandon? The. I noticed it was him. Brandon. Paid up with him and heading to parts, redirected to another door by Brandon, only to hear the part department was closed I indicated I came from service and the sent me hear. Poor customer service and Mr FOB is worse today. I work 12 hour days as a business owner, and weekends as well. My free time is limited. I caught Brandon on his way out and gave him an earful. His solution? Come back tomorrow! I was there EARLY! K expect my service to be refunded and a new FOB for Free. Paul
