I stopped by Lucky’s Burgers & Shakes and ordered a half-pound burger with Thousand Island, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and jalapeños, along with a side of seasoned fries. The fries were definitely the highlight crispy and cooked just right. The burger itself was decent; the patty was okay, and while the ingredients seemed fresh, the jalapeños could’ve had a bit more flavor. The staff was very friendly, which made for a pleasant experience overall. It’s not a spot I’d go out of my way for, but if I’m in the area, I’d stop by again.
Friendly people work here! And the food is delicious. Very fresh. Burger has great seasoning. And they serve very freshly made fries . . . NOT like other places that are sitting under a heat lamp and dry out/lose their flavor. This place is definitely worth checking out.
The hamburger was delicious and the but was light and fresh. All of the toppings were nice and crisp.
The fries came right out of the fryer and we're delicious! The chocolate banana shake was super delicious and creamy. So good!
The staff was friendly and genuinely happy to have me. The place was clean, the tables were wiped down as soon as someone left, and the bathroom was clean.
A very enjoyable lunch and will definitely be back.
It was closing so they were in a bit of a rush but the shake i got was absolutely amazing. THE burger was a great classic burg. And the Atmosphere seems very inviting and relaxed. Good little hang out lunch spot.
Place is very good. Ordered a burger with fries with extra jalapenos and was not disappointed. Got a chocolate peanut butter shake for dessert. Would visit again.

★★★★☆We stopped in after my daughter had a track meet at Thunderbird highschool, we saw it was close and figured we'd give it a try. The service was amazing, this was our first time so we had lots of questions on food recommendations and the lady was so sweet and kind. The atmosphere was awesome it was a small little dine in place, had some music going and had some really funny things hanging on the walls. The shakes were absolutely fantastic and the other people with me got the chili cheese fries and burgers and everyone loved the food. It was the perfect little place to stop in and grab a bite to eat after the track meet. We'll definitely go back to try some other food.
4.7 stars is absolutely bonkers. This place was not great AT ALL. The shake was the best part. The burger did have a decent char flavor but it was just a very average burger. I added bacon to mine and the bacon wasn’t even cooked on one side (see pictures) I pulled all of the bacon off of my burger. The burger was also pretty chewy and super heavy. The cheese sticks were tasteless and just left my mouth feeling coated with oil. I got the chocolate shake and that was really good. I could think of 5 local burger spots just off the top of my head that are much better than this. Don’t waste your money
Classic hole in the wall, mom and pop goodness! Burger was delicious, chili cheese fries had ooey gooey delicious cheese that felt like a warm hug in your stomach and brought back childhood memories, and the corn dog was crispy and tasty. 10/10 Would come back for more!
