Cowtown Boots

It was a little hard to find women's boots, there are more of a selection of men's boots than women's. But they did have a nice selection. And they clean cowboy hats too. It's a nice store and ive gotten my boots from them for a long time.

Cow town boots is well stocked. Associates encounterd are helpful, they take time to explain how to care for your purchase and how it should fit. There store is clean and cheaper than boot barn. They give superior service and actually care enough to go the extra mile regardless of a sale. The associates have backgrounds to western wear and plenty of stories to go along with it. If you want a helpful place that will help you make the right purchases, cow town is the place to go. A++

Good people, boot quality is hit or miss. Their hand made are honestly better than some of the name brands they carry. Don't buy Justin's. I knew that, broke the code after 20 years and this is what I get after JUST getting passed their 30 day return policy. To hail with Justin's.

Really nice western store. My hubby found a nice pair of exotic skin boots. Reasonably price for the their quality. The staff was also very helpful. Overall we had a nice shopping experience and recommend this business when looking for western attire.

James the Hatter gave my family an absolutely incredible experience! From the moment we walked in, he was so personable, welcoming, and genuinely invested in helping us find the perfect hats. His knowledge, style, and attention to detail made the whole experience fun and effortless. First time visiting Cowtown Boots. Wife and I walked in we didn’t get greeted, we did get any assistance or even get acknowledged. We pretty much took care of ourselves. Finally while looking through some jeans we got asked if we needed help finding a particular size.. she was very nice and friendly. Bathrooms were clean and the interior of the store was well maintained and looked nice, lots of boots and clothes to choose from although they didn’t have my size jeans.. Anyway, I love the boots I bought. My first pair I’ve ever owned haha. They’re comfy and I’m really enjoying them..

Family owned for years is why I support this store. Been coming here for over 30 years. I love the boots, shirts, jeans and hats that they carry. They even have attire for kids. I love the patriotic boots they’ve been carrying. They are my favorite.

So glad I stoped in today to get a pair of boots, a lovely lady greeted me at the front and gave a run down of the store whereabouts. Once I was in the lady’s boots section she wandered up to me and was awfully polite and helpful with helping me find the most beautiful pair of boots. Audrianne helped me out and was funny polite and knowledgeable on any topic we talked about whether it was the arizona weather or outfits to style with the boots. She ended up selling me on a pair of wrangler jeans and Ariat jeans. Such a beautiful young lady with a kind heart. Cannot wait to shop at cowtown more.
