Update 5/20/26: D'Andre and his apprentice flushed our water heater and did a full inspection of all our plumbing. Very generous guys, wore shoe covers to help keep the house tidy, showed pictures of what was needed. Thanks again for another great visit! We had the pleasure of Andy Hobaica come out and do an assessment on the AC unit. We knew it was going to need to be replaced. Andy walked us through everything, very detailed and got us a very good deal before the Summer heat came. That was May 5th. By May 7th, the entire unit was replaced. Sergio and Nacho came out, offered my wife and I breakfast. They were very clean and professional. Cleaned up everything before they left. Even went a step further and replaced some trim for my attic entry. Thanks Sergio, Nacho and Andy for a EXTREMELY easy process.

Logan Whitcomb was great. He called ahead of time, arrived on schedule, wore his booties in the house, he was careful when working inside the house and was really efficient in getting my a/c system ready for the summer. He provided information about maintenance plans that will save me money in the long run. And, he and my dog, Elke, got along great. I look forward to seeing Logan again (but not too soon).

I had an outstanding experience working with Austin, Andy, and Sergio. They provided top notch service and communication, and their work is meticulous. The sales and customer service teams are responsive, fair and helpful. We could not be happier with our experience. All around, I’d say great experience. Jared, my sales rep, was clear, knowledgeable and to the point with what I needed and wanted for a new install. The guys that make it happen, Gio and Jacob, were top notch on the install. Kudos to anyone who will jump into an attic when it’s over 100 degrees. They were professional, courteous and efficient. I’ll definitely be recommending this team to anyone that needs their services.

Devon B was the technician sent to perform our 6 month maintenance on our ac. He was punctual, professional and knowledgeable as he thoroughly completed the maintenance. He was also great with our three year old dog, Lilly, who insists on being part of the maintenance. 🐕

June, 27, 2026 Today Anthony came to replace both sides of the spigots that connect my washing machine to the water supply. First of all, he was prompt and friendly and professional. He inspected my 31 year old valves and explained my best options, giving me estimates. He helped me understand the job and the quality of the replacement valves and plumbing that would be done. He did an excellent, extremely neat and professional job and left my laundry room spotless. Thank you Hobaica for always promptly and dependably sending out excellent repair persons! He checked all the pressures, lubricated, cleaned and showed me photos of everything he did and explained some things about my unit's functioning that I had not understood before. He is extremely professional and friendly and left everything spotless! I do not hesitate to recommend him and Hobaica, a company we have used for decades in both our home and business location.
