Highly recommend! My mom has been coming here for years and I just took in my promise ring to get fixed as a tiny diamond fell out. They cleaned it beautifully and I can’t even tell where the diamond had fallen out. They’re so nice and they also appraised my ring for insurance purposes. This will be my go to jewelry store and I can’t wait to go pick out wedding bands!

I was happy to find this jewelry store, it's family owned and so well run. They did a beautiful job of turning a vintage pair of my mother's Navajo, silver earrings from screw backs to pierced, post earrings. I'm SO pleased and now I don't have the fear of losing them. Kudos to Douglas Diamonds.

Had lost 2 diamonds in my wedding ring, but my jewler had relocated to arizona...luckily for me Douglas Diamonds was my jewler! I needed to ship it to them in the new location! Douglas diamonds took excellent care of my ring and I received it back looking brand new again. Highly, HIGHLY recomend them as your jewler!

This place is amazing! Couldn’t think of better people as owners. Miss Keith, the past owner, but I'm getting the same care from them as I did from Keith. And (heh heh) they've updated the computer system/use. So they have a file on me so they know what I like, what I’m looking for, and suggestions for my husband should he ever decide to drop in to purchase a gift for me. 😉 On numerous occasions, they have stayed late for me. Get this… even at 5 o’clock on a Friday!!! Like shopping with hometown people. Just like Keith was. I have complete trust and confidence in their pricing and their information. No sales gimmicks. What more can you ask for? I moved about 30 minutes away, across town and I STILL drive the 16 miles to come here rather than shop in Scottsdale. That good. 🏆

Staff was friendly and helpful. They answered my questions and were able to fix my favorite earrings for a very reasonable price. They also had a lot of beautiful pieces in the store that I plan to go back and peruse in the near future. I definitely recommend them.

So friendly. Family owned and worked. Made me feel like I was part of their clan. So reasonably priced in have sent multiple people there who have also been very happy. Did a great great job fixing my 28 year old gold nugget bracelet. Thanks again Micheal!!!!!
