Props to Camelback Toyota and to Jacob Q. and Ryan C. for putting together a stellar buying experience. On a Saturday before Cinco De Mayo, the place was BUSTING with people. This dealership knows how to welcome clients and at the same time make clients feel heard, valued and personalized. Jacob's communication before the sales appointment was consistent, relevant and non-intrusive. He worked diligently throughout the whole process from first contact - drive away to ensure the process was smooth, to ensure I got the vehicle I wanted, and to deliver the vehicle much, no really, MUCH sooner than I anticipated. When it came time for Ryan (Finance Manager) to work his magic, he was organized, professional, friendly and literally personally invested in not only the purchase process but also in me as the client. He explained every option thoroughly and concisely at the same time. He listened when I declined certain options with NO added pressure, he was forthcoming with sharing his experiences on beneficial options, and at the end of the day we hit the comfortable price point (you know the point after the initial sales pricing discussion when the 'options' hit the table.) I was absolutely completely happy with the way he executed what many might consider the most difficult part of the process. Camelback Toyota gave me a more than fair trade in price for my old car and made it easy to proceed forward with my decision to buy. I live in Casa Grande, Az and trust me, TRUST ME, the drive to Camelback Toyota was more than worth the price and effort. Excellent experience and all the staff was very professional and friendly. Chantz Purden was amazing and helped us through the entire process, all the way from first walking on property until we left the lot with our new car. He's was very informed about all the features and details of the car, much more so than any other dealerships we went to before. The transaction at camelback Toyota has been the best I’ve experienced at dealers. Second vehicle I purchase at this location and Armando came through with spectacular service. The deal was so good the original purchase was going to be a limited Tundra and it ended up being a Wave Maker TRD. Tim was also great doing the paperwork. Had a repaint per recall,door and windshield removal was neccessary. The attention to detail is fantastic with no flaws absent of rattles post reassemble. They even detailed the truck upon finishing. I highly recommend Dave and the crew for an exemplary service!
