I called Locksmith AZ and didn’t have much hope about getting a new key fob for my newer Prius. I had a fob from my old Prius and was told by the dealership that they could not be reprogrammed and that they wanted close to $600 for a new one. My new one today was only $169!! If I had to buy a new fob, it probably would have been another $50 or so. Leo the Locksmith actually came to my apartments and got it done! These dealerships lie and rip us off on a daily basis and it’s Outrageous! But hey, that’s what big corporations do. I shop local whenever I can. Screw the big corps!! If you need a locksmith in Phoenix or surrounding areas, always call Leo! He’s very nice with a nice smile and he got the job done! Thank you, Leo!

I was locked out of my car on accident. The process was very quick maybe 2 total minutes from the time he arrived, but he tried to haggle me for 200 bucks and didn’t mention the potential cost upfront when we called, only after the job was done. I feel 100% scammed for the service.

Scammed! I needed a cheap safe opened and thought it would be similar to a house lock, maybe double that at most. The guy came over and hour later than he said he would, destroyer my safe by prying it open (took him all of 15 minutes) then charged me $800. He never quoted me, said I should have asked. Call someone else!
No one else wanted to do Mercedes but he can do it! $120 is super fair for a late night call, work directly with him! Got my trunk opened in 5 minutes.
