I'm not a skier but love Olympic sports. This museum was very interesting, though! Great displays and simulations, easy to navigate, and a great look at the sport's history in the area. Don't skip it!

Visitor notes
Was so incredibly clean and organized? You could really feel the spirit of the Olympics.
Nice museum! And it's free! There are some interesting videos to watch about the 2002 Olympic skiing events. There is a cool collection of ski clothing and ski equipment from over the years. They have a fun interactive exhibit where you can try a virtual ski jump.
It was pretty cool. Didn't know it existed before we made it there. Interested and engaging exhibits. Grateful they had a wheelchair.
Had a great time today, even better than my last visit. Took some visitors up there, they had an awesome time.
This was a pretty neat museum. We visited on the way to the airport so we did not have a ton of time here, however we were able to experience a lot in the short time period. They have 3 interactive exhibits which are fun (bobsled, skiing and Photo Booth).
We had no idea that there were so many summer activities at the former Olympic Ski venue. It was fun to watch the many different activities. In the museum there were interactive machines that simulated a couple of different events, such as cross country skiing and the bobsled.
I've never been super into the Olympics, but knew this would be intriguing to our family of 6 while coming through town. We were very inspired by the displays, interactive stations & all we learned. Google Maps said people spend 30-90min here... we were here longer & didn't even read everything! Very fascinating. We didn't do anything fancy, no tour or bobsled (unless you count the simulator 😆) we just walked & looked at our own pace. We got there at 10:30am on a Wednesday, so it wasn't too busy which was nice.
How do I get there?
