Zwar ist der Preis nicht ganz günstig, aber besonders die Variante mit dem klimatisierten, geschlossenen Bus lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Der Komfort macht die Tour deutlich angenehmer – gerade bei den hohen Temperaturen vor Ort. Unser Guide, ein Native, war hervorragend: Er kennt den Canyon bis ins Detail, führt zu den besten Fotospots und nimmt sich sogar die Zeit, beeindruckende Fotos mit dem eigenen Handy zu machen. Das gesamte Team war sehr freundlich und gut organisiert. Man fühlt sich bestens betreut und erlebt den Canyon auf besondere Weise. Ich würde diese Tour jederzeit wieder buchen, auch wenn Hin- und Rückfahrt nicht wirklich lustig sind. Unbedingt ANSCHNALLEN!

Our experience with Upper Antelope Canyon Tour was absolutely incredible! The canyon itself is breathtaking, but what truly made our visit unforgettable was our amazing tour guide, Bernice. Bernice went above and beyond to make sure everyone in our group had a wonderful experience. She took the time to explain the history of Antelope Canyon in great detail, which made the tour even more meaningful and fascinating. You can tell she truly cares about sharing the beauty and cultural significance of this sacred place. One of the highlights was how Bernice helped us capture some of the most amazing photos. She even showed me how to adjust the settings on my iPhone to take better quality pictures inside the canyon, which made a huge difference. Thanks to her tips, we were able to capture the stunning colors and light beams perfectly. What I appreciated most was that she never rushed us. She allowed us to take our time, truly take in the beauty of the canyon, and make sure everyone had the chance to get great photos. At the end of the tour, there was an incredible flute performance inside the canyon that made the entire experience feel deeply spiritual and magical. Hearing the music echo through the canyon walls was unforgettable and the perfect ending to such a special tour. February 12 we left Sedona at 6:00 on a 12 hour tour to Northern Arizona. The 4 hour drive took us through incredible scenery: winding canyons with steep drop offs, the world’s largest stand of Pondarosa Pines, largest ranch land and native America tribal lands. We went to Horseshoe Bend, Glen Canyon Dam and the incredible slot in the rock called Antelope Slot Canyon. Then the drive back. Incredible. Our Tour Guide from Arizona Tour Travel was truly professional. His name was Burton Stone and he was upbeat, compassionate for my wife who is not an early riser and gracious. His knowledgeable humor kept everyone engaged while he allowed time to rest and relax. He drove over 400 miles keeping us safe and entertained. As a tour guide myself for 10 years in Boston I recognized what a great job Burton did. I wholeheartedly recommend you take a tour with Burton Stone at Arizona Tour Travel.

I am writing this review specifically because of the behavior of our guide, Tomai, which made what should have been a memorable experience very unpleasant. We were a group of three and paid nearly CAD 750 for this tour. We also drove all the way from Las Vegas to Antelope Canyon specifically for this experience. For most visitors, getting at least one individual photo is a very basic expectation when visiting such an iconic location. When I requested a solo picture, Tomai refused and responded by saying, “Even if you pay me $100, I won’t do it.” Whether there are policies, timing restrictions, sunbeam schedules, or other operational reasons, those can always be communicated politely and respectfully. It wasn’t the refusal itself that upset me as much as the rude and dismissive manner in which it was delivered. After spending hours driving to the canyon and investing significant money in the tour, the interaction left a very negative impression. As a visitor who had traveled all the way from India, I was disappointed that such a special experience was overshadowed by the guide’s attitude. Perhaps Tomai was having a difficult day, but that should not affect the experience of paying guests. We chose this company over many other tour operators because of its strong ratings, despite it being one of the more expensive options available. Unfortunately, because of this interaction, my experience was far from what I expected. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and addresses how guests are spoken to. Professionalism, courtesy, and basic respect can make a huge difference in a visitor’s experience.

Wonderful experience. Comfortable van/ shuttle ride. Leland was our guide and he was EXCELLENT. As he guided us though he told us about the history of the canyon and flooding etc and showed us pics and vids from his own phone. He knew where all the great pics are and at every one he took photos of us w our phone and made sure nobody else was in them. The photos are incredible! WAY exceeded my expectations.

Excellent. Lionel was our guide and we had an amazing experience. Beautiful, breathe taking, list for words. The van was clean and comfortable. We drove to the slots and were explained how they were formed. He took wonderful photos of us. Played the flute at the end of the cavern. One of my favorite experiences.
