My recent purchase from NAZ was like every other one I've made from them. Very fast, and trouble free. I've always gotten the feeling they really are trying their best. I appreciate that. I have no idea what other folks experiences with Fed-Ex are but I've never had much luck with them. In contrast to NAZ..they have always seemed to try to do as little as possible. The inverter box was pretty badly beaten up but thankfully well protected so I think unharmed. UPS around here really is much, much preferred.
Shipment sent after 2 day pull from stock and shipped. Crosses the country in 5 days and does not get delivered because shipper recalls the shipment which takes another week. Then the goods are shipped again which takes another week. After the return of the original shipment, customer asked to cancel order if the goods are not shipped by close of business Saturday. Company ignored the request and shipped goods on the following Monday. I'll never do business with these guys again. They could have shipped the right product upon confirmation that the first shipment was returning to source. It would have saved a week.
Warning: Expect this company to affect your costs to increase on account of their performance.

Purchased 20 Rec solar panels from them for a refurb of my system. Price was great and the order communication was excellent. The order came well packaged and arrived pretty quickly. Upon unpacking the order I found several panels that had manufacturer defects. NAZ solar was great to work with on getting replacements and I didn’t have to work with Rec Solar directly at all. Would definitely recommend NAZ and would definitely purchase from them in the future.
i hired a so called "Solar Contractor" to help me with my small off the grid solar system. My system worked for a few years but i ran into problems that I was not qualified to solve. I discovered the contractor installed used equipment and used parts that were not consistent with a DC system. I reached out to Northern Arizona Wind & Sun and they sold me exactly what i needed and explained how it works and more importantly how to do the work myself. Their tech support even gave me a one line drawing witch made it so easy for me to get the work done. I also viewed countless YouTube video's that only confused me and intimidated me thinking I'm in over my head. I 100 percent would recommend stay off YouTube and speak with Northern Arizona Wind & Sun and get a peace of mind that you will have the support you will need after the sale. Ordered a lithium battery for my off grid home system. Ordering through NAZ was easy, efficient and cheaper than buying from manufacturer. I have used them in the past and would definitely use them again. I didn’t need any tech support this time as I was just adding capacity to an existing system, but tech support on system design was also exceptional on a previous order.
