My Wife & I are extremely pleased with our experience with this store. Keep on working with Preston and he will be one of your best salespeople with the company. He has the right demeanor and attitude for this type of customer service job. When I tell people about this store I will tell them to seek out Preston because they will be extremely satisfied with His customer service skills. Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had in a furniture store in the almost 59 years I’ve been alive. Do everything you can to keep him because he has a rare talent for this job. Now give this man a promotion as well as a raise in salary and hold on to him like your Company depends on it.
The Memorial Day Sale prices are great! And the selection is amazing! The Sales Staff were helpful and friendly without being overly pushy or lingering. I purchased a nice, cushy couch to watch movies on and snuggle. I can’t wait for the included doorstep delivery!
Logan (maple grove slumberland) is amazing! He was the first person to greet us, and we came in right before closing.
We never once felt rushed, even though it was late, and he truly went above and beyond to help us find the right fit. Customer service like his is rare these days, and it made such a difference. He was so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire experience. We’ll absolutely be back to buy more furniture because of him.

I heard about good things about slumberland and how their furniture is and stuff. And my friend brought me today, because I really truly needed a recliner, I am paralyzed from my waist down and I have a real bad spin, so I sleep in a recliner, and that's when she said let's go look at slumberland and let's see if we can find a real nice chair for you. I really appreciate everything. What people do for me and how people present themselves to me. I'm a person that just tries to be very happy. I usually ride my electric wheelchair, but sometimes I truly want to walk just like anybody else likes to walk and believe me when I sat in your recliner, it felt so good on my back. I know my spine will love this chair for a very long time. And that's why we came to slumberland you guys have very good furniture there and it's worth buying, so I want to thank you for helping me and to know that my new chair will be here Thursday and I know that you will be there on Tuesday to text me to tell me The Times when they are coming, I want to appreciate everything. I saw on Google of a sale on recliners at slumberland. I was looking for a new chair,
But didn't want to spend alot. I needed a
Narrower recliner. I called the Maple Grove store
First to make sure they would help me and to look at and buy the chair. I talked to NANCY she
Was very helpful. I went to the Maple Grove
Store to see NANCY and order the one I saw on Google.
But I ended up buying a better recliner on
Sale, and with free delivery, all with in my budget. It will be delivered next Tuesday.

I had an excellent experience working with Tom at Slumberland Furniture in Maple Grove. I had just undergone Achilles tendon surgery and needed a comfortable reclining chair quickly, but wasn’t able to visit the store in person.
Tom made the entire process incredibly easy. He communicated with me over text, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and helped narrow down the best options based on my needs. There was no pressure just clear, helpful guidance and responsiveness.
Within about an hour, I was able to choose and purchase the right recliner entirely from home. My brother-in-law picked it up the same day, and everything went smoothly thanks to Tom’s coordination.
What stood out most was how seamless and accommodating the experience was, especially given my situation. Tom went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of without ever needing to leave the house.
