I went to Darvin to buy two lamps for the end tables I bought there because I knew they wouldn’t disappoint. Bill introduced himself and asked how he could be of service and I explained what I wanted and he explained how the merchandise tags worked and off I went. I found the perfect lamps but they had a red tag - SOLD and I went to confirm with Bill and he said they sometimes have duplicates and eureka! I left a very happy customer! I can’t say enough good things about Todd at Darwin Furniture in Orland Park! This was such a special experience because I just bought my first condo, and Todd made the whole process of furnishing it absolutely phenomenal. He was incredibly patient and made me feel totally comfortable. He never rushed me, never complained, and actually told me to take my time and think it over if I needed to. He went above and beyond to help me find the style I love for my new home and gave me a fantastic deal. Ed Garber greeted us as we walked in. My husband and I were looking for end tables to go in our family room and to compliment the couch we purchased from Darvin. We were looking but were not sure what we really wanted. Ed let is look around and did not hover. We found two styles we really liked until we were getting ready to head out and we found our tables that were perfect! Our original choices were nice, but when we saw the last set, there was no question. We went to meet up with Ed who looked up our choice and found it in stock at the distribution center. We closed out our purchase, thanked Ed for his help and headed over to the distribution center to pick up our tables. Ed ia professional, courteous, and outstanding person to work with. Thank you Ed!!

Sales people were respectful and let us wander until we needed or wanted information. The gentleman that took care of us was professional, kind, and did not push. We made a purchase and are happy with it.

We aren’t the type of people who redecorate every few years—more like every few decades. So when the time came to add a first-floor bedroom, we knew a new bedroom set was in our future… and we honestly dreaded the process of finding one. We searched everywhere—local stores, online, Pinterest, Houzz—but nothing really felt right. Then we remembered Darvin Furniture, where a good friend had furnished her entire home years ago. We made the trip and walked into the massive showroom, where the first friendly face we encountered was Adel. We explained what we thought we wanted—a light wood, Scandinavian-style bedroom set. Adel really listened, asked thoughtful questions, and began guiding us through the showroom. It’s hard to even describe how large it is—countless bedroom, living room, and dining sets. He walked us through different sections, pointing out features and helping us compare options. Interestingly, although we came in set on a light Scandinavian style, we ended up falling in love with—and purchasing—a dark cherry modern rustic set. It turns out we didn’t quite know what we wanted, but Adel did! When delivery day arrived, the two gentlemen who came out were excellent. They worked carefully around the snow and ice we had tried to clear, handled everything with care, and set everything up perfectly. All pieces were well-protected with moving blankets and tape, and the entire process went smoothly. Working with Adel was truly a pleasure—I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for furniture. Every time we called him with a question, he would answer on the first ring. Darvin Furniture has a well-earned reputation, offering a wide variety of beautiful styles. From Adel, to the cashiers, to the delivery team, everyone was helpful and went above and beyond. And when we need new furniture again in 30 years, we’ll definitely be back.

Darvin Furniture gave me another bed and a discount. After i posted the message below, i went to Darvin and spoke to the Manager. They gave me another bed and a discount. There fast action to solve the problem as they explained to me that some Furniture gets damaged during shipping and storing. I will purchase again from Darvin furniture. Worst Experience Ever!!! I purchased a Bed from Darvin Furniture. It cost $3286.98. It was delivered Feb 26, 2026. The bed Stink. It smells like Mold. Like it was stored in a old stinky, flooded basement. It stink so bad, it gave me a headache sleeping in the bed. I Called Darvin furniture the very next day. I think the man said his name was Darvall. His name is something like that. He told me that they had to come over to my house and smell the bed before taking it back. Then he only gave me a 30 minute window to come by and smell the bed. I was not able to make it home in 30 minutes. So he said I have to wait 5 days for someone to come by. I asked him to call the Manager because he said no Manager was in. The same man called me back and said they will replace part of the bed in 5 days, but I have to wait 2 months for the other part. So some of the stinky parts will be attached to the replacement. I threw my other bed away when this one was delivered. My head hurt so bad from this smell. I had to replace my last bed that I bought from Darvin because it collapsed after a few years. Their furniture dont last long. My head is hurting so bad for this smell. It's Traveling through my house. And I still have to keep the backboard for several months. The sales person said they have another bed but they told me no, they dont have all the parts. I can't afford to stay in a hotel for 2 or more months. THIS MOLD SMELL IS MAKING ME SICK!!! BEWARE!

Mitch was great and very friendly. When I came into the store he introduced himself and asked what I was looking for. I showed him your sale paper that you sent me and he took me right there. Bought the love seats and recliner with ease. No hard pressure as I knew what I wanted. Sealed the deal and I am very pleased with the outcome. Looking forward to delivery.

A great sales person to deal with He introduced himself, explained the layout of the store, and let us do our thing. But, when we had a question, he was right there to answer. Very enjoyable experience shopping here. If we come back, we will definitely ask for Josh! Mike & Meg Kennedy
