Would be 5 starts because the first snake I ordered died but that wasn’t will banks fault I’m assuming it was due to FedEx delaying but the second shipment arrived the next day and the heat pack was still very warm with a secure box as well as the inside. Shes in perfect condition highly recommend buying from these guys , oh csnt forget the amazing customer service they reply reslly fast if u send emails or have any questions

Great team and crew always there when needed it's been twenty years to the year since i've bred ball pythons, 2006 when I came back to it, I know I needed a willbanks incubator plus i've been following them since constructors unlimited. I knew 1 day they were gonna be awesome. But I didn't know they were going to be this awesome. Whatever you need, they're always there.
