Volcano Sushi Bar & Hibachi

Wonderful. Lady who took my order was very helpful and kind. Had great recommendations for a newbie sushi guy. Everything is fresh, tastes amazing. The white rice I could eat by the bowl. Pork katsu is crispy and fresh. Shrimp tempura roll is astounding. The misp soup is also wonderful!

My favorite place to go is Volcano Everytime. I have never had any complaints about their food or service. We ordered the Twin Towers which had an amazing crunch and Lucky Lady which was pretty good too along with the combination rice

I enjoy coming here, the staff is very attentive and friendly. I typically order the same things when I visit. Seafood soup, sushi/sashimi, kani or taco salad. I enjoy their cucumber salad which has a hint of wasabi. I have tried the hamachi kama a couple of times and it's been a meal each time. If you sit at the bar, you might take a little coat or jacket because it's like a wind tunnel under the vent. Can't complain on hot days though. Give them a try, they have a variety of dishes.

Great portions of fresh sushi and other Japanese and Asian foods. Can be busy at tables, so bar seating can prevail for solo diners and intimate couples. Friendly staff. Good selection of wine, beers, sake, soft drinks. Ice cream dessert is terrific. Easy to share, as scooped portions are huge. In a Mall type environment with ample free parking. Worth a stop when looking for alternatives to beef, BBQ, or American fried foods.

Good food and good service. I love that they gave my little one chopsticks he could use. The sashimi is good but their unagi don is bomb! We didn’t care for the curry udon. They have lots of roll choices so there’s something for everyone.

Sashimi was great, and the fried rice could improve a bit. Unfortunately, there was a kid crying (misbehaving) and the mother wouldn't do much to calm the kid.

Tonight, Not the first time but second time forgetting to put the Spicy mayo, on the SPICY California rolls. Which you get charged for EXTRA, other wise I would’ve ordered regular California rolls, and paid the simple charge on my order. I get home and it’s now about to close. So there’s nothing I can do. It just sucks after spending a great amount of money for food, driving to pick it up and not receiving what you’re paying for.

This is the only place I go to in Oklahoma to eat sushi. Ive traveled a lot and know the central US isnt known for sushi dishes. Ive been to several now, and have ended up sick many times. But this place is different. The food ive ordered it handled with care, served quickly, and tastes relatively fresh. Id recommend anyone who likes sushi give it a try. I'd stay away from the desserts though. The crepe cake tastes like fridge.
