My son loved the Children’s Museum! We’ll definitely be back. I just wish they had souvenirs like t shirts or hoodies.

Let. Me. Tell. You. This place was so amazing. Reasonably priced AND they give discounts if you're on wic or food stamps (EVEN FOR OUT OF STATE!). My kids had so much fun for 2.5 hours and only left because we were all starving. They even offered to stamp our hands so we could return after (which we could not because my 16 month old desperately needed a nap). The place was clean and only a couple of things not working properly out of SO MANY toys, exhibits, etc. The staff was friendly. A lot of people there, but the place was so big that you'd never even realize it! My 1 year old had JUST as much fun as my 6 year old and her cousin (also 6). The place is huge, 2 stories, but very open. This gave us the opportunity to have them using different areas at the same time while being able to watch both of them safely, which was AMAZING. I could honestly go on and on. Oh! And it's only 4 min from a bk with a playplace, which is an added bonus! I am so incredibly impressed with this business and we will absolutely make the 1 hour drive there and back again for it!

We hosted my daughter’s birthday party at the museum and had a wonderful experience from start to finish! Jessica made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. She was always quick to respond to emails—usually within an hour or two—and was so attentive throughout the planning process. I booked the party in January and had a special request. Three weeks before the event, Jessica reached out to confirm all the details, which made me feel truly seen and valued as a customer. Her organization and communication made the entire experience seamless. We had over 70 guests attend, and everyone had a fantastic time. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always available to assist with anything we needed during the event. If you’re looking for a unique, fun, and well-organized venue for a party, I highly recommend hosting your event here. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience!

⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ The concept of the Children’s Museum in Oak Lawn is great! It’s a two-floor setup with different areas for kids to explore. Downstairs has a fun water play area, a slide, and an interactive ball machine, while upstairs is more arts and crafts-focused with a variety of toys to engage with. However, the biggest downside is the cleanliness and sanitation. Every time I’ve taken my child here, she has gotten really sick—not just a minor sniffle, but a full-blown illness. This seems to be a common issue, so I’d only recommend it if you’re confident in your child’s immune system and take extra precautions afterward. It’s a fun place for kids, but considering the recurring health concerns, I wouldn’t visit often. If they improved the sanitation practices, it would easily be a 4-star spot.

I took my son and nephew here last weekend! It was Fun and interactive ! I also had my son’s 4th birthday a party here in one of their party rooms 6 years ago! They upgraded the exhibits and made it even more fun!

Hello mommies and dads. 100% satisfied… I would really say i recommend for ages infants-7year olds…. Age do matter because if you have 8year olds+ they would be less interest…also I went on a Wednesday 10am-1:30pm perfect time.. the museum was not packed, but around 1pm, more families started arriving….. They have a membership I’m not sure how much is the membership. It was my first time there; so I paid 15$ for 3 of us… I had my EBT card which they only charged me 15$. Let’s get to this ! Has 2 floors. They also have a little section where you can hang your belongings like jackets, bags, etc. I really loved that idea because it prevented me from carrying all the jackets and bag around with me… Sections are well divided. They have an area for infants-3year oldss in the second floor…Staff are very friendly. I’m leaving a few pics. Check this place out. You won’t regret it. Have fun with your kids ❤️🌻 p.s. I had not been here in years since my now 14 year old son was 2 years old. Back then I had the membership. Not sure how much it cost now. The girl who rung me up charged entrance fee of $14.50 for my daughter and $14.50 for myself and told me if I bought the membership it would be taken out of the balance but didn't speak on how much it was etc. The parking garage is free on the 5th floor. I took my now 6 year old daughter and she absolutely loved it and already asking when I can take her back. We were there for approximately 2 and a half hours since they close at 3. I feel it's too early to close so early considering there were quite a few families in there. Announcements started 30 minutes prior to closing then again at 20 minutes then again at 10 and 5 minutes. It does suck to charge an adult fee but business is business. My daughter had a great time and that's all that matters to me.
