I called RM Automotive to fix my 2018 6.6 Duramax. My truck got towed there right away, and it was on the racks getting fixed within a couple of hours. The guys were super friendly, really experienced, and their workers are hands-on. I'd totally recommend anyone to go in and get their car serviced or worked on. RM Automotive can do any type of maintenance.

We were referred here because it was a shop covered by our warranty but we have stayed because of the quality of the work and the people. Robert has been amazing- he is friendly and patient, especially dealing with my car obsessed 18 yo son. We will be lifelong customers at this point despite there being many closer options to us in Woodland Hills/Calabasas.

I bought a used car with issues, so I took it in for diagnostics, due to transmission overheating. The cost of diagnostics was pretty standard and fair. They found so many more issues than I imagined, which means the diagnostic was incredibly indepth. Can't afford all that, but it a great start, knowing what would need to be repaired. Great service and extremely helpful.

First time customer at RM Automotive. Found thought that was them on a Google search for Jeep Mechanical work. I was pleasantly surprised. First of all, very clean and organized shop. Adequate parking for customers. Service writer Kyle was very helpful and informative. A comprehensive inspection was done on my Jeep Wrangler and was text to my phone with pictures and video.

I had a great experience at RM Automotive. I initially called and spoke with Mr. Efrain, and right away I got a good vibe from him. I brought my Mercedes-Benz C300 in because the check engine light came on. He explained that a diagnostic was needed, which due to timing, I was suggested to leave my car overnight. I was a bit hesitant about that, but Mr. Efrain reassured me that my vehicle would be kept safely locked in their shop and monitored with cameras, which gave me peace of mind. He was very patient, understanding, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Honestly, if it weren't for him, I don't think I would have felt as comfortable moving forward. They completed a diagnostic without any pressure to fix or add additional repairs or services. I chose to move forward with a couple of repairs, and everything was handled efficiently over the next two days. Their pricing is fair, they got me in right away, and the lifetime warranty gives me extra confidence. Overall, I feel like my money was well spent and I'll definitely be coming back.

The guys ar RM Automotive were so personable and professional. I just moved here and they made me feel like I was welcomed and appreciated as a customer. I Completely trust them with my car. Efrain took great care of me and made me feel heard. I highly recommend their services!!

Big fan of this place. They definitely earned my future business. They seemed to be honest and straightforward. They told me my car was overall in very good shape, which is an indicator that they were not trying to sell me services I didn't need. I needed a new starter, which is what I came in for, and they also noted that I needed a new oil pan, which is actually something a previous mechanic had pointed out. They took pictures of all the issues to document their findings. And they did the most incredible thing after servicing the car: they called a week later to see how the car was doing! Now THAT is how to run a business.

Now I know why they have amazing reviews. Literally the best automotive shop in the valley. As a woman who knows nothing about vehicles I never want to feel like I’m getting taking advantage of… but that was not the case. Everyone is very polite, the guys in the front are very friendly, they sent me pictures and videos about my vehicle and they gave me a breakdown on prices and what was the most important. They categorized everything from what’s most important and safety .. they offer lifetime warranty parts and labor! ( got my front axles replaced ) thank you RM! You gained a customer for life.
