Khatera and Monique are so awesome!! They helped adjust my glasses 2x when I walked in. My frames were falling off my face and I didn’t like my black nose pads. I came in and they replaced with clear nose pads that I ordered from Amazon. And helped me all within 5 minutes. What an amazing experience! Felt welcome the moment LaToya greeted me at the door. I was given plenty of space to find frames that interested me, LaToya found even more fabulous frames that I didn’t see on my walk around, then we got to work on narrowing down which ones I wanted to move forward with. Such a great, encouraging space to try on glasses and find what works best for you. Thank you, LaToya and the SEE team for making buying glasses simple and so much fun. Edit to add: Picked up my new frames today and I am over the moon! SEE continues to impress me with their dedication to their people - customers and staff! It's clear from spending any amount of time in this store how everyone is happy to be there and of course help customers, too. I appreciate LaToya giving me plenty of times to stop by when she would be there to complete the pickup. You really can’t do any better than the service level and the quality of See Eyewear. LaToya is the manager and runs the place perfectly—she takes her time with you and makes sure everything is perfect. She goes above and beyond to help you look the way you want to look, and is conscious of your budget. I can’t wait to go back to try on my new glasses and spend some more time chatting!

Excellent staff! Amazing selection and great prices. I stopped in with my wife to get our glasses adjusted and repaired. We had purchased from another SEE location but there was no problem. They fixed us up on the spot and no charge. Then they offered champagne and gave us some great prices on new glasses. I bought two pair and could not be happier. Definitely go visit Monique and LaToya in SOHO!

I was already a fan of SEE’s glasses. Came into the SoHo location today and has the BEST customer service ever from Monique. She was so sweet, kind, and helpful! She picked the best frames for me. Best service EVER! I ended up getting two pairs! Go see her! She is the best!

Such a great experience!! Latoya was super kind and knowledgeable. The environment felt comforting and I didn’t feel pressured to buy. The quality of eye wear is amazing; it’s unique but very reasonably priced. Definitely a spot to visit if you need glasses!!

Outstanding service from the entire staff at SEE Eyewear. Popped into the store looking for opticals for my boyfriend’s father, as this was our first stop of many to try on. However, with Latoya’s help, this was the only stop necessary. Latoya immediately took us in the right direction, helping us narrow down the selection quickly and helped us find two pairs of opticals to suite our needs. Latoya AND her colleagues were all so attentive and honestly wonderful, fixing my sunglasses from another brand while we were in-store. I was personally thrilled to have visiting-family find what they loved and will also be back specifically to shop with Latoya for my own optical needs.

Hands down my favorite eyeglasses store- today I went in to get the pads on my glasses replaced and Matthew was very helpful! Pleasant atmosphere, great selection, and fun styles. Highly recommend coming here, will definitely be back.
