As with any new things to try out we were initially hesitant on burying jewelry online. We went to a competitor store front in Virginia whose prices were much higher for same or less quality than MG. I have been looking for a pair of diamond studs to add to my collection and Michael Gabriel’s exceeded my expectations. These earrings are absolutely gorgeous. First off, the price of these earrings were amazing for the quality and size of the studs. I had been looking at several jewelers and these were the best I found for the value and quality lab diamonds. The quality of the diamonds were far better than I expected and the craftsmanship of the basket is beautiful. I love how close they sit on my ear for being 2 CTW studs. The customer service was also phenomenal, they arrived much faster than I expected and someone personally reached out to me regarding the shipping and their arrival. From the very beginning of my asking questions about products in order to find exactly what I wanted, every text was answered in a respectful and speedy manner. When my earrings arrived, I was thrilled to see the size and brilliance of the diamond studs. They were beyond my expectations. Unfortunately the white gold became an irritant to my ears with itchy and redness. The team worked together and offered to exchange the setting for a platinum setting at no additional charge. The exchange process was seamless and included an insured paid for fed ex package. The entire time I was kept informed about everything being done. I received the new earrings pretty quickly, however I discovered that I was extremely sensitive to even the finest metal used. Although disappointing, the team continued to problem solve with me in a friendly, kind and thoughtful manner. I tried different backings for the earrings and nothing seemed to alleviate allergic sensitivity. Ultimately I returned the earrings for a full refund. Throughout this entire process, I was treated in the most kind and considerate manner. The entire experience was stellar. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for fine jewelry.
