Great experience! I ordered sandals to my NYC summer sublease and unfortunately they were stolen. DV was so responsive and offered a replacement pair at no charge. Alyssa is a great CS rep! Easy to work with and so sweet! Amazing products and even better customer service! Highly recommend! Thank you again for the generous replacement!

I had the best experience at this store! Everyone was helpful and accommodating to the best of their abilities since the shoes I was looking to purchase did not have my size in store. It was busy in store but they took the time to answer questions and provide suggestions. Claudia was especially helpful and friendly in helping me to get the shoes I was looking for!

The return process was smooth thanks to a nice and helpful employee with dark red hair and clear glasses. She greeted me warmly and made the return very easy. I wish I had asked for her name so I could mention her personally. Overall, I had a positive experience and would definitely come back when the new ballerina collection arrives.

UPDATE: after a whole week, this is the response I get to a straightforward in-store racism. Humiliating, but good enough of an evidence of their culture. I had the exact same experience as the review below, the manager looking lady with bleached blonde hair asked to help every customer but walked right past me few times. When I asked her for help, SHE IGNORED ME. As most of the other employees did.

Only had 15 mins to look at some shoes I'd seen online. Nancy saw me searching, warmly offered help, and went above and beyond to bring me multiple size, prep the shows for me, give me feedback on the best options, and also share the struggle of having wide feet... Imagine my surprise when I heard it was her first day! She was operating like a seasoned veteran. I'll go out of my way to work with Nancy again next time I'm looking for new shoes.

I just bought a new pair of shoes, which are pretty expensive even if the quality seems good. The seller gave me a pair of shoes that had already been used without informing me beforehand. There are stains on the leather, the soles are heavily worn, and even the shoe box is damaged. Very bad experience.

I came to this store today (3/8 at 6:50pm) excited to find some cute new shoes for spring, but left really disappointed because of the poor customer service. The manager with dark hair with blonde highlights and glasses wearing an all-black outfit greeted other customers and asked if they needed sizes, but walked right past me and didn’t acknowledge me. She also kept staring at me the entire time, which made me feel very uncomfortable. The whole experience felt like I was being judged and racially profiled, and it made me not want to buy anything.

Came in today needing shoes super quickly for a last minute event and a lovely saleswoman named Anaya helped me immediately with so many amazing suggestions and got me in and out so quickly! Anaya was so sweet and so helpful and I came out with a pair of shoes I am so excited about. <3 thank you!
