Dr. Gutowski took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the visit. The staff was friendly, organized, and truly attentive to patient care. The office was clean, modern, and efficient, and the quality of treatment exceeded my expectations. I truthfully have never had a better experience at the dentist, so if you’re debating which office to go to, go to Lumia Dental in FiDi. Everyone, and I mean everyone, I talk to here is so helpful and personable. I had bonding done on my teeth yesterday to fix some unevenness from grinding, and it turned out AMAZING. Thank you thank you thank you to the beautiful Dr. Gutowski and Abel for making me like my smile again!!! I was very particular about my shape, and you made me feel so comfortable and listened to throughout that whole process! Then I come in today for my retainer and am treated with not only the best service possible, but also great conversation. Thank you Archer! You are so much more than just a retainer guy. Last but not least, thank you to the queen at the desk Agnes. I don’t know where you’re from but you remind me of my people back in Michigan. You have that Midwest kindness girl! Dentist appreciation post! I never imagined how much I would think about dental care and hygiene as an adult but it’s so so important. I feel so grateful for finding Lumia soon after I moved to New York because they’re just wonderful. I had the most pleasant experience here! I have always hated the dentist, but I was in need of a new one and after reading all of the positive reviews I’m so glad I listened! The hygienist really took her time with me, was gentle and when the doctor came she listened to all of my concerns and actually fixed a chip on my tooth that’s been bothering me for a while. I’m so thankful and I highly recommend if you’re looking for a new dentist!

Great place to go for any dental work. All specialties in one location is very convenient. Dr. Raven Drummond took care of my first root canal perfectly. She gave details of each step of the procedure which brought me to ease and comfort. She also saved me money by keeping my veneer as is while doing the root canal, so I don’t have to replace it. Thank you!
