Century 21 NYC

Being a C21 customer for decades, I can honestly say that about 85% of my entire wardrobe is from Century 21. I simply can’t find any other store that has the selection and, most importantly, the prices like C21. Right after the reopening I wasn’t sure if the store would compare to the former one. The selection was poor, prices high and space smaller. But, little by little it evolved and I began to see more and more great brands, some familiar ones, some new ones I wasn’t familiar with. I always go straight to the men’s department on the 3rd floor into European section. I always look for Italian brands because they fit me perfectly and the quality is superb. For some odd reason I always find one single piece on a rack in my size ! It’s like it’s been waiting for me, Since the reopening I got tons of beautiful sweaters, jackets, coats, pants, shoes. I compared the prices for specific items at C21 to identical items online and official websites of the brand and it’s unbelievable how much I saved at C21. In some case the items at C21 were from CURRENT collection! Also, having a Rewards account gave me additional discount. The bottom line is Century 21 is and will always be my first choice when it comes to fashion.

I miss Century 21! Love seeing some designers being available here. The staff are great and the store is clean. 3 full floors. And a lot of clearance items if the price-point for most items are too high for you, their discount is great. But a lot of the higher end items do not go onto clearance.

Hello hello I am so sorry that I almost forgot to tell you this. If you go to Century 21 today, which is the last day of free embroidery on anything that you buy, such as clothing it will be.FREE,FREE!!. Last night I went in paid for a beautiful shirt and had it embroidered which took about 20 minutes and I left very happy. Just say for instance, that you wanted to buy some pillowcases. It will be free for Liam and that is the young man that is doing this work, his name is Liam one of the nicest people you’ve ever dealt with. I’m sure with something that’s free. Liam is located in Williamsburg and they have a whole thing going on down there when you neat Liam just talk to him about the business that he’s working with in Williamsburg. No, I must repeat. Today is the last day. Century 21 closes at 8 o’clock. Try to get there before 7 o’clock. The other thing is do not bring anything from home to be embroidered. You must buy something $30 in up, it could be a pair of jeans. It could be a T-shirt. It could be gloves and remember here comes Mother’s Day soon, so go in there and get something for your mom and put her name on it. Today is the last day. Remember this the line may get long to get your purchase and also to get the embroidery. Century 21 has bathrooms downstairs go do all of that and come up by your garment or things. get in and get out. I enjoyed my visit. The customer service team members were all very professional * polite and helpful. I continue to wait patiently for the slash rock bottom prices that Century’s is famous and known for. I miss the personable touch from the fragrance section. Ms. Candy was a gem. The shoe inventory has increased - however the from Italy selection is limited. I will visit again. :)

I used to love this place before the pandemic. I used to be able to find amazing deals on designer items. But ever since they went "bankrupt" and reopened, the deals are no longer the same. Every time I would go, I would walk out with a bag full of items. Now, I'd be lucky if I find one thing I like at a good deal. I am actually able to find some of the same brands at my local TJmaxx/Marshalls for either the same price or even cheaper. Since they had filed Chapter 11, which allows them to reorganize, I think their new business model included raising prices.

Century 21 NYC, located at 22 Cortlandt Street, New York, is back after reopening its famous flagship store. The new version is smaller than before but modern, clean, and well organized. You’ll find designer clothing, shoes, and accessories, though the selection is not as wide as in the past and prices feel a bit higher than old Century 21 days. Still, it’s worth a visit for those who remember the iconic store and want to shop for recognizable brands in Lower Manhattan.

Century 21 can't be beat! They pack a ton of stuff into a fairly small footprint down there. The men's section is off the charts! Swagger on a hundred, THOUSAND, TRILLION! Crazy heat up there! Make sure you get a reusable bag so people know you're a baller back home.

I returned Century 21 after over 10 years. When I was tourist, this place was my favorite. I would go crazy and picked up bargains from mountains of clothes.(longtime ago, the store was a place of chaos) As others have mentioned, there are fewer products available now, but I was surprised at how organized the store is. The fitting rooms are as beautiful as a high end boutique, and there are many private rooms, which is great! It’s a discount store for brands items, so prices aren’t as cheap as Marshalls or TJ Max. But I searched carefully and found a T-shirt for my husband and workout top for myself at a great price, so I’m happy. I recommend going to the store as soon as it opens so you can enjoy shopping without others.
