Had a great experience looking for an engagement ring. We worked with Ella. She was very honest, clear and positive and made the process so much easier. She gave us lots of information and honest advice that helped us choose the ring and with each step along the way. We ultimately chose this location because we liked the vibe of the store and felt comfortable working with Ella. The experience in the store is very pleasant. It’s calm and spacious—it wasn’t crowded and never felt rushed. We were super happy with our experience and loved the ring. Overall definitely recommend.

I was inconsolable when I lost a one-of-a-kind pavé diamond art deco snowflake earring, and I thought replacing it to match the other one would be impossible. I sent it to another jeweler and they returned it, saying they couldn't do the work. I found Lisa Krulasik and the team at Greenwich St. Jewelers through AI and they proved me wrong. They created a cast replica from my remaining earring, and the result is perfection—I still can't tell the difference between the original and the new one. The communication throughout the process was absolutely excellent, the craftsmanship was exquisite, and the finished earrings are beautiful, comfortable, and fit perfectly. They truly went out of their way to make sure I was happy. I am so grateful for the care and expertise of everyone involved. Thank you for turning a disappointing loss into such a wonderful experience.

We really enjoyed our experience getting an engagement ring with Greenwich St. Jewelers. Tiffany provided us with dedicated, responsive care. For our first consultation, we provided our desired specifications for the ring and she prepared a few to try on. Tiffany is very knowledgeable about rings and cleared up some questions about materials. Our ring only took a month to prepare and the payment process and pickup was easy. After the proposal, we needed a resize and Tiffany was able to call in a favor and get it ready by the next day.

She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, took the time to answer all my questions, and also educate me on the entire process.
