Quick turnaround and excellent service. My order was already packaged and ready for pickup when I arrived, which made the process very convenient. The staff member was polite, professional, and welcoming. The seafood ramen was absolutely delicious. The shrimp was fresh with a great texture, and the broth was rich and flavorful. It was one of the best seafood ramen I’ve ever had. The restaurant was also clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant dining experience. I would definitely order from here again.

Zutto is the kind of spot you come with friends and end up staying all night. Fun drinks, a beautifully loaded sushi boat made for sharing, and steaming bowls of ramen that bring it all together. Casual, cozy, and full of flavor. The sushi boat is customizable. You can choose any sushi rolls from their large variety of sushi. Definitely worth it! A nice Japanese restaurant located in TriBeCa area. Their snow crab roll fried chicken and the ramen is actually pretty good. Steak with a touch of Asian sauce which is pretty interesting. Very down to earth place to have lunch and dinner.

Zutto in Tribeca is one of those laidback chill type Japanese restaurant that offers Japanese street-style food to omakase. Step inside and you will notice the amazing crowd with laughters and excitement in a cozy setting. Not only does Zutto have Japanese sake, whisky, and beer but their handcrafted cocktails is definitely not to be missed. Their sushi boats is a spectacular deal for an entire party or whole entire group! Fill it up with your favorites and it will arrive on a boat that mesmerizes everyone. Each dish and piece is full of umami with freshness and quality you can taste. If you’re looking for a Japanese spot that’s tasty, fresh, and full of vibes, Zutto is the place you need to check out.

I know this restaurant has good reviews which was the reason I wanted to try it. We eat Japanese almost everywhere we travel, including Japan. We eat out at Japanese restaurants at least twice a month. I don't think this is authentic Japanese cuisine. I didn't try the sushi. I was about to, but they forgot my order so I ended up cancelling after trying their other dishes. I think this place is known for their ramen, looking at the menu and the walls. I should have tried that rather than Chicken Katsu Curry. I always order the Curry on the side so that the Chicken Katsu stays crispy and I can dip it in the curry. Here, the dish comes with Tonkatsu sauce drenched all over the Chicken Katsu. This is the first time I've ever had Katsu sauce on my chicken served with curry. Unfortunately, I don't have pictures to back my case so you can order it yourself and find out. It was completely my fault because I didn't see the picture, apparently, says our waitress. But another waitress, less rude and snappy took it back and brought out a new crispy delicious Chicken Katsu without sauce all over it to be eaten with the curry. I was happy until I noticed the curry had chunks of something in it, we think it was ground chicken. It was thick and lumpy. Again first time I had Curry like this. No vegetables, unless they were ground up making the curry thick. It had the consistency of oatmeal made with steel-cut oats. And it was the worst tasting curry I've had ever. I must say... the Chicken Katsu was great all by itself. We devoured it. My son and wife had the Chicken Teriyaki over rice. They couldn't even force themselves to finish it. The rice was soggy, not from the sauce, just mushy. You couldn't tell one rice grain from another. It reminded me of rice found in sushi rolls bought at a grocery store. My daughter tried the Short Ribs Fried Rice. Yes, it does sound delicious, but it was far from edible. She honestly tried to eat it. I'm sorry, but I'm not sure how this place has a 4+ star rating. It must be from the sushi and/or ramen. They do have a full bar, so I can imagine anything tastes great after a few drinks. The place looks great. I love the decoration and the layout. One of the waitress could lose a bit of attitude. She must be one of the owners. Strangely she became quite courteous right before giving us the check. I did end up giving a decent tip for the other waitress for changing out my soggy Chicken Katsu. For us, it really didn't taste like traditional Japanese food.

Zutto is, without a doubt, one of the best restaurants I have ever visited. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by a warm, cozy atmosphere that makes the entire dining experience enjoyable. The food is absolutely outstanding. Every dish is packed with flavor, made with fresh ingredients, and beautifully presented. The ramen was incredible—the broth was rich and flavorful, the ingredients were top quality, and every bite was delicious. You can truly taste the care and passion that goes into each dish. The service was equally impressive. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. If you’re looking for amazing food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere, Zutto is a must-visit. I will definitely be coming back again and again. Highly recommended! 🍜✨❤️

That place is a religious experience. The food is very tasty. The edamame’s with the Yuzk salt are delicious and the service is good and fast.

Came here for the first time because I love ramen and I’m always on the search for the best ramen. This wasn’t the best I’ve ever had but it was good/average/okay. I would recommend coming here at least once to check it out. Our server wasn’t very attentive. She took a while to greet us and I had to go get her for the check. She also didn’t check up on us frequently.
