I had a trade-in and Ava was able to fight for the maximum trade-in allowance on my bike as we agreed via texts. If you're ever going to ride, it needs to be Italian. And there is no other Italian brand to do so on than Ducati. And no better dealer than Ducati NYC. From the minute you walk in you are met with warm and friendly staff. Instead of feeling overwhelmed, they make you feel right at home. You are traded as one of the family (after all, you are about to become a newest Ducatisti). Dealership itself has a great selection of bikes that could satisfy even the savviest of customers: Panigale, Street Fighters, Monsters, Scramblers, Multistradas, Diavels etc. There is also a great selection of gear, clothing, and a great service department lead by Angel, that makes it so much easier to maintain your new purchase for years to come. My overall experience was great (shopping here for a second time - so yeah, I am a very happy, returning customer). My sales associate, Ava was amazing. Just bought a 2023 diavel with Jhané and the experience was flawless. Initially she greeted me with a big warm smile and showed me to the floor. She was very professional, personable, and well informed throughout the process. She answered all my questions and concerns without a second thought. I recently purchased a new 2025 Ducati Monster Plus and had an amazing experience overall.
Going in, I didn’t fully know what I was looking for. I just knew I was considering trading in my current bike. Ava was the one who really helped me figure that out. She took the time to understand how and where I ride and helped me realize that a smaller, more nimble sport oriented bike (specifically the Monster) was actually the right fit for me. That guidance made a huge difference as I knew little about the Ducati lineup.
I went back and forth a few times before making the decision, and she was patient the entire time. Never pushy, just genuinely helpful and easy to talk to. That kind of approach really stood out from my experience at other dealerships.
I also had the chance to work with Louis, who took the time to sit down with me outside the dealership and talk through my concerns. I appreciated that he helped me think things through and come to a decision I felt confident about.
Ameury (the general manager) was extremely helpful as well. I came in a few times while I was still figuring things out, and he was always welcoming and never made me feel like I was wasting anyone’s time. He worked with me to get a very solid trade-in offer, which ultimately helped make the deal happen.
Jhané handled the financing side and made everything smooth and easy to understand. She broke everything down clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with every part of the process, nothing was hidden or misunderstood.
After everything was finalized, Edlin helped me pick out a new helmet and was honestly one of the nicest and most fun people to talk to in the shop -a great energy all around.
Also shoutout to Cary who I’ve gotten to know a bit, always a great guy to see around the shop.
Overall, the whole team made what could have been a very stressful decision feel easy and enjoyable. I’m extremely happy with the bike and the experience. I’d definitely recommend stopping by if you’re considering a Ducati or just want to meet some great knowledgeable people!
Amazing dealership. I had gone for a charity event, the staff were nothing but kind. The staff ranging from sales to the service department would drop anything they're doing to answer any questions for you. Sergio, one of the workers there had took his time to walk me through the inventory, both bikes and gear, telling me all about specs. I would definitely go to him to make any purchases in the future. 10/10 experience.
You can just feel the adrenaline and prestige of the brand. The space is STUNNING, clean, organized, and filled with that supremacy Ducati vibe. You’ll find everything from the latest bikes to some really rare ones partnered with Bentley or Lambo to awesome merch and accessories that make it hard to leave empty-handed (I never have). Oh and they also have a barber shop. Random but equally cool and convenient.
Ameuri, Sergio, and Dani are THE GOATS, these guys are absolute legends. They’re always there to help, answer every question, and make sure you’re completely happy with your purchase. They genuinely care about what they do and treat everyone who walks in like their cousin who’s into bikes. Whether you’re buying a bike, just stopping by, or talking shop, they make every visit worth it. They also host dope events on the weekends that are always a hit. Can’t recommend this place enough, if you like bikes or cool things, this is the place to go.
