Excellent independent local Moto shop in Manhattan on 127th St. between second and third. can’t beat it if you live in Manhattan. walked in there last minute did call ahead to help with my Shoei helmet after I installed the SRL 3 wasn’t fitting right and they promptly fixed everything for me, of course operator error on my part. Free of charge. Great used bike collection on the second floor. if you’re a newbie if you’re thinking about starting to ride and you’re looking to buy a inexpensive first bike, you should go there and check out their collection of used bikes that you don’t mind trashing before you move onto a bigger and better bike . Perfect used bikes for City riding if you’re starting out. Chris and their entire staff are just great personable guys. It’s truly a motorcycle shop for motorcyclist.

I had work done s couple of times there with my Kawasaki Ninja and there mechanic are pretty discent but as there prices too expensive, which I regret not buying the parts my self and done it, they sucker me a couple of times with the prices that I will make them my last choice

Love this place.... because I was so frustrated with my local New Jersey dealer's service department, I decided to try out Cycle Therapy. I was so well teared I have been back several times with a couple of my bikes. Most recently to have the mount and balance tires on My son's 2008 V Star 1100. Guys are professional and tell you like it is.

I was in the market for a second bike and Cycle Therapy had the BMW F800R I had been looking around for. From the very first conversation I had with Ace, he was very polite and transparent about every detail involved if I were to purchase the bike from them. He was patient and answered all my questions and I appreciated that he was also direct and honest when he couldn't answer them. I had no prior experience dealing with Cycle Therapy and am happy to report that Ace honored the price that was advertised, with no B.S. and no sales pitch. The shop has many current up to date gear and models of helmets. I was super happy to get a brand new white Icon Airflite helmet that I had been eyeing for a while, to match the bike. I was surprised that the prices were as amazing as the lowest prices I had seen online. As for the vibe of the place, Chris, the service manager is a cool dude and I enjoyed chopping it up with him about bikes and food. Marcos is a wonderful and attentive sales associate who kept in communication about the face shield I had ordered. Overall, I would definitely recommend this shop and plan to return for more gear as the riding season gets closer.
