Albee Baby

Ordered brand new two strollers from this company. One arrived in perfect condition. The second was clearly a returned item. While there was no damage to the box, there were multiple return labels covered up. The inside of the package only has the stroller and the carrying case. Unboxing videos on YouTube show that it comes with a user manual and a that the stroller is wrapped in foam and in a plastic bag. Furthermore the bag and stroller showed signs of light use. I called them within an hour or two of receiving the package, was told I needed to file a claim, and the next day was told that the claim was denied (despite me including photos) based on “company policy” with no further justification. Have spent about an hour on the phone and documenting the claim, only to be denied. Am disputing the charges with credit card company, which will take even more time. Beware of this company, they are crooks and sell used items as new. I also purchased the $34.99 insurance which included ease of returns, except I was not allowed the exchange the item for a new one.

If you're on the fence about ordering from Albee, take this as your sign to go for it. The customer service exceeded every expectation I had. I was fortunate to work with Jasmin, and she was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. In a time when exceptional customer service feels rare, Jasmin truly stood out. She was knowledgeable, responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in helping me find exactly what I needed. Albee is incredibly lucky to have someone as dedicated and caring on their team. As a mom of twins, shopping for baby gear can be overwhelming, but Jasmin made the entire process so much easier and stress-free. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Albee Baby thanks to Tedra. As second-time parents in a year, preparing for the arrival of our newborn daughter, we walked in feeling overwhelmed by all the options for car seats and strollers. Tedra immediately put us at ease. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to our family’s specific needs. Rather than simply trying to sell us the most expensive products, she took the time to educate us on safety features, functionality, compatibility, and what would realistically work best for our lifestyle. She answered every question thoroughly and never made us feel rushed. What stood out most was how genuinely invested she was in helping us make the right decision. By the time we left, we felt confident, informed, and excited about our purchase. We found the perfect car seat for our son and new double stroller option for our son and daughter(which we’ll be back for), and we owe that largely to Tedra’s expertise and exceptional customer service. Tedra was a pleasure to meet she has a soothing/ welcoming spirit was very helpful and knowledgeable about the store products. I purchased a stroller, crib and mattress for my grandbaby and couldn’t be happier. Selena was also very knowledgeable and welcoming and helped us decide on the best mattress for my grandbaby. I have 3 kids and I’ve bought all their strollers from this store and I will always recommend to family and friends. We decided on the Bugaboo Kangaroo complete in taupe color which is the Rolls Royce of strollers lol. Thank you again.

We had a great experience at Albee Baby. We needed a specific stroller on the day we were traveling (Christmas Eve), and they were open, had it in stock, and were able to put it on hold when I called ahead. When we arrived, they also offered to assemble everything for a small fee ($10), which made it much easier to leave the store quickly with kids in tow. This was especially helpful after another retailer showed the item as available online but didn’t actually have it in store. Albee Baby was clear, efficient, and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend

We purchased all of our Baby items here, including stroller, car seat, crib, dresser, and glider. I would not buy these items anywhere else. Selina was incredibly helpful and Walked us through every step of the process and made us feel so comfortable with every decision. The staff was so patient and informative. More personalized help than Bambi baby and a better overall experiences.
