I had mixed experiences living in this building. On the positive side, the studio apartments are clean, reasonably maintained, and offered at a price that is difficult to find in this area of the Bronx. The location is convenient, with access to transportation, shops, and other neighborhood amenities. For many tenants, this may be a good housing option. However, I ultimately chose to leave and i left everything even a new job due to personal safety and privacy concerns that affected my experience while living there. I experienced situations that caused me to feel uncomfortable and unsafe in my apartment. As a result, I made the decision to relocate permanently after literally restarting my life and things really taking off for me in a positive light. That said, my experience was unique to my circumstances, and I cannot say that other residents would have the same concerns. Many people may have a completely different experience than I did. I simply believe it is important to share both the positives and the challenges I encountered. Overall, the building offers clean, affordable studio apartments in a desirable area, but my personal concerns regarding privacy and safety ultimately led me to move back to my home state where im comfortable, loved, safe, and healing.

From start to finish, my experience with Goldfarb Properties has been smooth, professional, and genuinely positive. The application process was straightforward and well-organized. Communication was clear every step of the way, and any questions I had were answered promptly, which made the process feel stress-free and transparent. Moving in was just as seamless. The building was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time. It was clear that attention was given to detail, which made settling into my new home much easier and more comfortable. Farrockaway goldfab clean quite and good staff in the leasing office nice caring, security service and very active maintenance emailed response. I love my apartment God.The only thing and reason i meant start looking for somwheres else urgently is smoking weed smells and smoke filled apartment every day and night since i moved in june 2025. It been going on since August. Security will say they cant stop it the residents in apart 2021 5B. If they confront her she get angry and keep smoking the weeds back to back i have to leave the house with my 2 austitic kids. I have an oxyen tank in the room filled with smoke and my autism son is there getting oxygen. They is a sign on door. When i wrote to the management they referred back to security now security referred back to management. I have two austitic kids am a cancer patient in healing process. I rented this apt because on the site it states no smoking inside the apartment i was happy but it all lies. The safty of my kids matter. Oxygen tank is not what one will joke with. I get threat each time this people get confront by security because they kept telling them am the complaining which is bad. Am in fear my apt meant get on fire oneday me nd kids will be gone due someone negligence and wickedness even with the big sign on the door oxygen in use no smoking. All our cloths filled weed smell. We healing the smell is in more dangerous condition. Dog poop everywhere some times in the elevator entrance to apt God. The cleaning department work so hard but people are just too dirty. Emails sent to management abt smoke weeds by thus 5B people serverly but non thing was done. I took this apt for security safety and no smoking but i am regretting now. Apart from this it a nice quite neighborwood.

Compared to a lot of places, not a bad management company. They get things done, at least for me. They came on a Sunday over Memorial Day weekend to fix my gushing toilet. They're over modernizing, i in my opinion, but that's to be said for many a company. Building is kept clean and safe.

On-boarding was a breeze. Quick and simple I had my new apartment in a few weeks with only a series of emails and documents...although their screeing was detailed and overall deep it felt really easy... afterwards I went to see my new apartment there was only one issue but was taken care of in literally two days from first email....great job.

I applied to one of their buildings, paid and completed my application the same exact day and I kept getting emails from them stating that I did not complete my application and if I don’t complete it, it will be canceled. I called the Bronx office multiple times with no response and the automated system tells you to leave a message on the portal which I’ve done multiple times as well as send emails multiple times with no response from either of those options, I even called the manhattan office for help. Anything else I submitted all the documents required and in the acceptable format and my application was still canceled due to an incomplete application. I have screenshots of all of my proof if someone actually took the time to respond to the emails or calls from the Bronx office this could’ve been avoided. I also have a voucher subsidy and provided that info yet my application was still canceled . I will 100% report this to the department of fair housing. This company will take your money and still cancel your application. it’s also very disappointing to see so many reviews of people being discriminated against from this company.

Needs to do better in security safety measures and when it comes to voucher renters they need to start cashing the checks on time. It’s always something with them to be honest.

I had a very disappointing experience with this apartment complex. I submitted all requested documents for a specific unit and was later told the unit was moved to a waitlist without clear explanation. Shortly after, my application was denied. The process felt disorganized and lacked transparency. After providing everything they asked for, I expected clear communication, not sudden changes and a denial with no explanation. If you’re applying here, make sure to get everything in writing and be cautious about how they handle your application.
