I’ve been searching high and low for a bmw x5 and I landed on one at Mitsubishi motors I ended up working with eddy who helped me get into a wonderful deal and was a major help with the process and it didn’t take long at all I walked out with the dream car I wanted same day !

Buyer beware! I found a car on their web site and made an appointment to see it. After reading a large amount of negative online reviews I decided to cancel. I spoke with the business manager Chelsea to cancel and she informed me they were under new management and addressed my concerns about hidden fee's or requiring a deposit to get to the price listed. She was very nice and assured me the price listed was the price except for registration, tax and a $174 admin fee NOTHING ELSE NEEDED. I drove 50 miles , loved the car and then was told I needed to pay a 30% deposit to get to the online listed price. I even brought a certified bank check made out to them for an amount down but not 30%. I informed him Chelsea said that no money was needed to get to that price, and in fact when I asked him the same when we shook hands he said nothing. He also claimed Chelsea wasn't an employee and the people that answer the phone are another company. That was their policy. Tell people it was less online to get them in then then bait and switch with additional $ needed. Me, I prefer a business being honest upfront about cost, reputable and building my trust so I send them referrals. What I got here was deceptive pricing, 2 employees who lied to me directly just to get me in the door. They got yet another poor review, no referral and no sale. Won't ever go back.. you can make your own mind up.

Absolutely horrible and dishonest experience. This dealership completely wasted our time and used misleading pricing tactics just to get us through the door. The vehicle was advertised online for $22,995. We drove there expecting to see and potentially purchase the car with CASH, only to suddenly be told the real price was almost $31,000. Their excuse was that the advertised price somehow required a 30% down payment — which makes absolutely no sense for a cash purchase and was never clearly disclosed anywhere on their website. What makes this even worse is that they spent the entire day texting and confirming our appointment, but when we arrived, the car was not even there. Then they acted like they had “no idea” and told us to wait over an hour. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch dealership. They advertise fake low prices to attract customers, then hit you with thousands of dollars in hidden costs once you arrive. Completely unprofessional, misleading, and disrespectful of people’s time. Be very careful before dealing with this place. Ask for the FULL out-the-door price in writing before visiting, otherwise you may end up wasting your entire day like we did.

Do NOT trust Victory Mitsubishi. This place runs a straight-up bait-and-switch. They listed a Toyota RAV4 XLE at a great price, and when I called and texted to confirm, they told me IN WRITING that the car was ready, to come try it, and that the price was FIRM, nothing would change. I drove all the way out there in good faith. The second I walked in, the story flipped: suddenly the XLE didn't exist, they only had a lower LE trim, and the price had magically jumped. I showed them their own messages. I showed them their own listing. I showed them the exact price they quoted me. They looked me dead in the eye and lied anyway. The car they advertised does not exist, it's bait to get you on the lot so they can switch you into something worse for more money. Dishonest, manipulative, and a complete waste of my time and gas. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

Highly Recommend! I drove 2 hrs to this dealership and was not disappointed. Cristian Trinidad was great to work with and really went above and beyond to secure our desired car and ensure top quality. He also kept us well informed along the way about timing and next steps. It was a pleasure working with him and I would highly recommend him.

I do not recommend doing business with this dealer. After purchasing my vehicle, months have gone by and they still have not properly completed the process with the financing institution. This has resulted in my account being reported as past due and in fees that are not my responsibility. I had to pay the lease lender and also the financial lender because they haven’t payoff the lease. I have gone in person multiple times trying to resolve the issue, and the response is always the same: promises with no follow-through. I even have direct contact numbers for supposed managers, but the lack of accountability and urgency is even worse at that level. It is extremely frustrating to see how, once the sale is completed, customer service essentially disappears. There is no sense of responsibility to correct mistakes that directly impact the customer. If you are considering doing business here, think twice. My experience has been completely disappointing and, to this day, remains unresolved. If anyone else has experienced a similar situation with this dealer, feel free to comment or reach out. I am considering gathering multiple cases to pursue formal collective action.

Liars! I went to look at a 2018 Land Rover that was listed for $16K, I confirmed with the person on the phone twice that this is the final price of the car.. she gurunteed me that this is the price. Car was perfect but price was increased to $26K ($10k more than what was listed on the website). I have all call recorded and Im going to file a claim with consumer affairs so other people are not lied to as well!

Trying to buy a car from these guys and find the salespeople don’t actually know anything about cars. I want to understand when tires might have been replaced as there is no info in description or Carfax report. Three days later and still no response. I speak to a different salesperson each day and they say stupid things like look at the photos or tires are in good condition. Today the salesperson, a woman named J or Jay, hung up the phone on me because she was so flustered. Stupid beyond belief. How can you run a business when salespeople hang up the phone on customers. Showed up to see cars in person. Turns out prices on website are not the prices. X5 listed at $35k was quoted to melon the spot as $40k. Dealership, if you can call it that, looks like crap. Buyer beware these guys are scam artists.
