We had an incredible experience at Golisano Children’s Museum of Naples. Every exhibit is hands-on, creative, and thoughtfully designed to keep kids fully engaged while learning at the same time. From the water play area to the interactive science zones, there’s something for every age group.
The space is clean, well-organized, and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful without being intrusive. It’s obvious a lot of effort went into making this a place where kids can explore safely while parents can actually relax and enjoy watching them.
If you’re anywhere near Naples and have kids, skipping this place would be a mistake.
Did not expect to spend a literal DAY here ! Even though the upstairs is closed for renovations, downstairs was so enjoyable for my 2 year old and his 1 & 3 year old friends we ended up staying for the entire day! They over a large variety of rooms with different styles/ things to do! A big favorite for the boys was definitely the trolley train, and the kitchen and super market! Highly recommend and would definitely come again! Very reasonable prices and happy to see that locals will get a discount!
Nos encantó la experiencia, fue una de las mejores actividades para hacer con chicos. Todo está pensado para que aprendan jugando, con muchísimas propuestas interactivas que despiertan la curiosidad y la imaginación. Los espacios son amplios, seguros, limpios y muy bien mantenidos. Tiene gran variedad de espacios para que pueden elegir según sus intereses!
Our family used to love this place. Yes, it’s always been a bit expensive, but in the past it felt worth it. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case.
Today, more than half of the exhibits were closed, yet we were still charged full price. We spent over $70 for two adults and our two daughters, and the main activity available was… coloring printed cat pictures with crayons for almost two hours. That’s it. Something we could have easily done at home for free.
If you’re going to keep most of your exhibits closed, there should be some alternative value offered — a guided art activity, a workshop, anything. Not just handing kids printed pages and telling them to color on their own.
I was extremely disappointed and felt misled by the price versus what was actually available. I even asked for a refund so we could leave early, but that was denied.
Sadly, we won’t be returning. Save your money until the exhibits are fully open again.
This was a really cute museum. I thought it was a bit pricey for adults. Inside they had basically everything was hands on and interactive. Super market, kitchen , fishing for plushies , trains , treehouse , outdoor water play , coloring / painting stations. It was very nice. You will spend many hours there. I recommend for a fun day with your kids.

Leider mussten wir mit unserer Tochter aufgrund von hohem Fieber das Golisano Children's Urgent Care aufsuchen. In einer Situation, die für Eltern natürlich mit großer Sorge verbunden ist, hätten wir uns keine bessere Betreuung wünschen können.
Vom ersten Moment an wurden wir äußerst freundlich, professionell und mit viel Empathie empfangen. Das gesamte Team – von der Anmeldung über die Pflegekräfte bis hin zu den behandelnden Ärzten – war ausgesprochen herzlich, verständnisvoll und hilfsbereit. Man nahm sich Zeit für unsere Tochter und auch für unsere Fragen und Sorgen.
Besonders beeindruckt hat uns, wie schnell und unkompliziert alles organisiert wurde. Ohne lange Wartezeiten wurden verschiedene Tests durchgeführt, um die Ursache des Fiebers schnell und gezielt abzuklären. Dabei fühlten wir uns jederzeit bestens informiert und in kompetenten Händen.
My daughter loves this place! She struggles with sensory issues but didn’t get overwhelmed. There were lots of kids at the exhibits at times but the other parents were really good about reigning in their kids. The staff are really great and they are always around putting the toys back to keep it nice for the next kid. The play areas are so well thought out and interesting for kids. Perfect for a hot summer day. There is an outdoor area as well with some things to play with. We could have spent all day here if they had some lunch options. You can tell they really know kids here!
We had a wonderful time for our first time today! We actually got in free for the Blue Star Families, which was an added perk to going inside to beat the heat. It was clean and I loved how there are workers resetting the play areas as kids play so it didn’t feel like we were policing them to keep certain toys in certain areas.
