Worst experience ever, I honestly wish I could give 0 stars. They listed a BMW X7 on CarGurus with no pictures. I called and spoke with Mourad, who said he would send photos (never happened). Later that day, I stopped by in person. The same guy offered a test drive, went inside, came back, and suddenly said the car had been sent to BMW two hours earlier. Two days later I called again, spoke with Ulyses and Luca, and now they say the car is on the lot. I asked for pictures, the car looked clean in photos. I came in to test drive it, and in reality the car had dents on the trunk and large scratches, which apparently Ulyses “did not see.” That says a lot. I made an offer and asked for the cosmetic issues to be fixed. Instead of a clear answer, they said they would “see” after the car goes to the shop and they know their cost. A week later, I had to follow up myself. Ulyses tells me the car is still in the body shop and already sold. No call, no update, zero communication. Every person tells a different story, nothing lines up, and no one takes responsibility. Completely unprofessional and disorganized. Be aware, don’t get fooled by the brand name. The people working there lack basic communication skills and customer service.

I have visited here twice now. The original owners of the 2014 Quattroporte SQ4 had it serviced here religiously so I decided to come back as well. There is a reason. Buddy is a fantastic service writer and he got me out the 2nd time with a larger repair faster than expected. Please share this review with him and let him know I really appreciated his assistance in getting me out promptly so I could make it back to Milwaukee quickly!

Didn’t have the best experience at first. Just had Luca the sales manager reach out and offer to make it right. Appreciate that effort. I appreciate him calling and hopefully things work out in the end.
