I had an amazing experience touring this apartment community! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed and supported throughout the entire process.
I especially want to recognize Braelon, who gave me an excellent tour. He was knowledgeable, personable, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. You can tell he truly cares about what he does, and he made the whole experience even better.
The property itself is beautiful, and the surrounding area is just as impressive. Everything about my visit exceeded my expectations.

University village is amazing! My daughter has lived there for two years. The property is well maintained and they quickly address any maintenance concerns. We hosted a graduation party in the clubhouse this weekend. The staff was so accommodating, especially Brandon. Thanks again!
Adam and Zyon were very helpful during my apartment tour. They answered every question I had about the units and the building, and they really took the time to make sure I saw everything I needed to. Their professionalism and friendly energy made the whole experience great.
You get what you pay for. My toilet wasn’t working at all, I had no other toilet to use and they knew that and still didn’t come until 2-3 days after. Other times that I called for maintenance they did come in a timely manner. The counters are cheap and easy to stain even if something has been in there for quite literally less than a minute, so you will need to find some good cleaning supplies. A lot of banging but don’t tell the front office or you will be charged multiple times for disturbances and “violating” the lease. You also can hear every little thing throughout the apartment, I have heard many conversations that my roomate has had without wanting to, among other things. Overall a good apartment to live in to get started just don’t eat, drink or put anything on the counters. They say a bus comes with it which is what I relied on because of the fact that I do not have a car, and the bus was not available MORE than half the time. There is a city bus that runs but it is very hard to understand how it works, at least from my part, and they expected me to know without any explanation. The rooms vary, my sink has a lottt of rust on it and the paint is peeling and has been there since I moved in. When I first moved in there was also a lot of water spots from the top apartment leaking through that they just painted over. The fan strings also clink against the light bulb when you turn the fan to full speed which is the only speed that you can actually feel. When we first moved in the dishwasher smelled terrible which I fixed somewhat with quickaid. Overall, you pay for what you get, so it’s a somewhat good starting apartment.
These are great starter apartments for students looking to be more independent. Prices are decent and I like that they have a bus to get to campus if you don’t have a car. Dylan Stiner helped me out a lot when my upstairs neighbors were a bit too noisy and told me about resources I could use to try and get it fixed. Staff is great, the only downside for me is that the quality of certain things could be better, but overall it’s great; would definitely recommend :)
Hands down, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had so far! Faelyn really helped me when I first moved in and was anxious about being in a new town. They even offered to help me move in, which was so nice of them! I can’t believe they were able to carry so many boxes at once, but it really sped up the process and I really appreciate them for it! Those boxes weren’t light either, probably over 100lbs combined! I know who I’m going to when I need help again!
