Toyota of Muncie never disappoints. This is our 2nd vehicle (2026 Tacoma) we have gotten from them. The only reason why I say 2nd is because the first one (2011 Sienna SE) lasted us damn close to 15 years. The staff is phenomenal when it comes to courtesy and professionalism. I now have a disability, and the staff showed absolute respect and even helped with some assistance that I needed. Brandon, as always, you're the best! I will always refer you guys. You have never let us down!

I went it just to see if I could get approved. Corey was the salesman that greeting me and helped me. There wasn’t a car in my budget that night but he was going to work on it. He called me the next morning to let me know they found one. He did awesome in getting me a great deal on a car that fits my needs. Max the finance manager also was able to get me great terms with some extras. I’m beyond happy with my new car and was extremely happy with my service. This is my second car with Toyota of Muncie and I would recommend them to anyone. Very trustworthy.
Brian and the whole team at Toyota of Muncie work super hard to get my brother the best deal ever. 10 out of 10 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. You guys are so wonderful and put up with my crazy self for several hours while waiting on financing. But a great deal, $ 0 down, a beautiful car and wonderful people to hang with.
