We love our new GLE 450! We had been trying to decide on a new car for me for quite some time. We decided to go over to the Mercedes dealership one day and were greeted with Marcy! She typically does internet sales but ended up helping us with our purchase. We test drove a few and actually spent a couple days at the dealership as I had a difficult time making a decision. Marcy was great with all of it. Annie, the sales manager was also great!!

Service team members Art and Emily dealt with my extended warranty company multiple times to make sure the insurance company had all the information needed to assure our Era vans repairs were covered under the policy I purchased. It was a long process but both Art and Emily finally were able to get my repairs covered minus the deductible. Well done!!!
