Thriller Miami Speedboat Adventures

Easy to find in the Bayside market area. I had bought tickets in advance online, when i went to check-in, I was told there was a minimum of 12 people needed to ride. They gave us a discount drink card for a bar nearby. Luckily, when my time slot came, we had enough people for the boat to go out! Nice scenery, it takes you by star island, pointing out celebrity mansions such as J.Lo, Rick Ross, Gloria Estefan and more along the Miami skyline. In total about 45 mins, speeding up through the water and slowing down in the marina. Fun for kids and tourists.

The overall experience was good. Customer service was also good. We were expecting more thrills for the price as this wasn't our first time on simlar speedboat rides. It was more of a boat tour of Biscayne Bay. Great for a first time.

The experience is excellent. However, the driver called Mr Alex? was quite rude and condescending, and needs to work on his manners. One of the seat cushions was on the ground, and he made us transfer to that seat after picking it up and placing it there after stating "its a boat, its always going to be dirty" If hygiene is not important for you, great. But don't force this on other people. The other guide and co pilot was great, and narrated the experience well. But the driver (alex) was unprofessional

Must do in you're in Miami even if you're a local. The ride is about 45 minutes to an hour and it takes across the bay into the Miami Ocean inlet right by South Beach. Affordable pricing but I would recommended booking early and showing up few minutes early to grab the front seats. Overall very cool activity.

Fun ride. Captain and tour guide were slightly above average. They were not as engaging as some. Seemed a little scripted and routine. Just going through the motions. It's the best way to see more things in a short amount of time. The tour itself was good. Lots of beautiful home and sea air was delightful. I would seek out thriller rides in various locations

I booked the Thriller Miami Speedboat Adventure on July 1, 2026, expecting an exciting speedboat experience, but unfortunately it was disappointing. The biggest issue was one of the assistant drivers/tour guides (I forgot his name). Before the boat even left the dock, while passengers were still boarding, I was taking a few family photos of my wife and kids. We were also trying to find seats together. He suddenly came up to me and said, “I saw you keep taking pictures and videos. Can you sit down and don’t move around!” I was shocked because the boat hadn’t even started moving, and people were still boarding. His tone was rude and completely unnecessary. The ride itself also wasn’t what I expected. It barely felt like a speedboat ride. Most of the trip was at normal cruising speed, and there wasn’t much excitement. If you’re looking for a thrilling high-speed experience, this wasn’t it. Near the end of the ride, as we were approaching the dock at what felt like only about 5 mph, my daughter moved just one seat over because she was feeling hot. The same crew member immediately said, “Why do you guys always behave like this?” That comment really bothered me. What did he mean by “you guys”? Why generalize us like that? We weren’t causing any problems, my daughter was simply uncomfortable, and the boat was almost docked. To make things worse, after the ride he gave us an unfriendly look when we didn’t leave a tip. Tips should be earned through good service, not expected after treating customers disrespectfully. Overall, the staff member’s attitude ruined what should have been a fun family experience. I hope management takes customer service more seriously and reminds their staff to treat every guest with respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t book this experience again.

We had a wonderful time. Definitely recommend taking this boat ride. The staff was friendly and professional.

Was an amazing experience. The tour guid was dope. We saw celebrities mansions. Tour guide was funny and on point. Sit in the back if you want to get wet(you WILL get wet). Shoes, socks, hair. Had a blast. Think I'm gonna do it again tomorrow with my go pro.
