Cumberland Caverns

The Cumberlands Caverns were impressive! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly! He made sure that everybody in our group was safe and had a good time. There were no tight spaces that we had to fit through on our tour, but a couple of low-hanging ceilings. I think this tour would be friendly for all ages. There is even an event space in the volcano room with a chandelier! Definitely worth a visit.

We really enjoyed our trip to the Cumberland Caverns! We have been to several caves before but I have to say this is one of the Best ones I’ve been too. We did the 90 min tour and our tour guide Derek was awesome!! Note- if you want to do the adventure tours you need to book at least a hour or two in advance so they can let you know what you need to wear or bring for that tour!! We had thought about doing one of those but didn’t book in advance. Definitely recommend if you are in the area!

This place is about 2 hours from Nashville. We arrived 5 minutes after the 90 minute tour we wanted had left. Luckily they had a different 45 minute tour starting about 15 minutes later. We came on a Wednesday and were the only ones on our tour, so it was kind of like having a private tour. Our guide was Jay and he provided a ton of interesting history about the caverns. We definitely learned a lot. The pre tour video features some of the staff, and they had us chuckling with their dramatization. There are light snacks available, but no food or drink is allowed in the caverns. We were lucky enough to see a bat, a cave cricket and a crazy looking spider. If you're down for an underground adventure, definitely check this place out!

Very nice experience! We did a discovery tour, our guide Rissa was great! 😊 we really enjoyed the cave, especially when they turn all the lights off! Sounds scary but it was so fun!

Our guide was very knowledgeable and the tour was beautiful. They have several different tours so even if you have a bad knee you can still visit. Beautiful well kept facility with a ton of history. Highly recommend to others

We had an amazing experience visiting the caverns. Our tour guide Derek was very professional and explained every aspects of the caves and made us feel comfortable and secure during our tour. We highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for a rich and beautiful experience and adventure.

This was an amazing experience!!! We went two days in a row we started with the walking discovery tour where Markie gave us soooo much information and then we did the Hall Crawl with Justin who was sooo kind and patient with me and my daughter's. Definitely had the best time here!

Cumberland caverns was an amazing experience. Our tour guide Josh was incredibly informative and really funny ! I can't wait to go again
