We had our crawl space Sill Plate replaced (pictures attached before and after), and the entire experience was outstanding. We did our homework and price‑compared with Groundworks, JES, Maryland Waterproofing, AAA Waterproofing. Not only did NV price‑match, but NV Water also delivered excellent local workmanship that gave us real confidence. NV Waterproofing & Foundation Repair has been local since 1986, and their long-standing reputation really shows in the quality of their work and the way they stand behind it. To start, our sales representative, Mr. Jaime Baires, was incredibly responsive, clear in his communication, and consistently followed through. Even our the project didn’t pass county inspection on the first attempt—something that can happen with structural work—Jaime made sure everything was addressed quickly and correctly so we could pass without any issues. His professionalism made a huge difference. The crew—Mr. Janore, Miguel Perez, and Edwardo Diaz—did a thorough and careful job, and their workmanship was excellent. The Manager Cristian also worked closely with Jaime to quickly secure the required engineer drawings and ensure the corrections were done properly. Since the anchor bolts could not be re‑bolted, they added Simpson H8 hurricane straps and masonry screws to meet code and fully resolve the issue. Their ability to adapt and fix the problem the right way was impressive. Cristian also issued a refund for wood that wasn’t needed, which we truly appreciated. From start to finish, the NV Waterproofing & Foundation Repair team was reliable, skilled, and committed to doing things the right way. Highly recommend their services.

Thank you for your service! Alfredo and his team were patient to answer all our questions and diligent to keep coming out until everything was completed. Any concern we had was taken seriously and addressed by both the office and onsite team. We hope we have any years of stability in our future. The grass has grown back very quickly after the work was completed and they were very kind to fill all the cracks as well.

[Updated Review - Google only allows you to review a company once, but we hired NV for 2 separate jobs, w/ 2 separate crews.] TL:DR - Other contractors could learn a thing or two from NV. With the way this company conducts themselves on the job site, I would hire them for literally everything. For both jobs… We were able to have the same person quote both jobs. We had 4 quotes from 4 companies in 2 days, and I was getting exhausted with the process. But Jaime B. was easy to work with, answered all our questions, made us feel at ease. (Congrats on the newborn!). Chris A. reached out schedule the jobs with us, and although we had a slight scheduling miscommunication at first, he made sure it was taken care of and was flexible with our own schedule limitations. He also came out for each job to introduce himself and make sure each job was going well. Job 1 - Hired NV to repair some settling issues with our garage floor. They lifted/leveled the concrete and sealed some cracks with PolyLEVEL and NexusPro. It gives us some peace of mind to know that we won’t have to pour a whole new slab in the future. Dylan did a fantastic job. Job 2 - Waterproofing almost half of the basement and installing two egress windows. Mark (this guy is awesome!) and his crew were on point from the time they pulled in the driveway; protecting the porch, protecting the interior floors and stairs, putting up plastic around the work area. Literally through some rain, sleet, and a little bit of snow, they worked on the waterproofing and the egress windows. They even had to work around our busted incoming waterline (not caused by them, separate 3rd issue) that flooded their egress hole they were digging out. They deconstructed everything and then put everything back better than they found it, as if they weren’t ever there (but in a really good way). Even made some small accommodations for us so that it would be easier for another company we had to hire that was coming to replace our incoming waterline. No one wants to have to pay for these kinds of repairs in the first place, but the prices were very competitive with the other companies we had estimates from and we are VERY happy with the work that was done.

I had a great experience with NV Waterproofing & Foundation Repair! From Evan coming out to provide my free in-depth estimate with several options to choose from, all the way to Mark and his crew coming out to complete the job. My job included installing a sump pump, trench drain, and a drainage pipe out to my side yard. NV Waterproofing was communicative, very nice, and helpful throughout the whole process. Mark and his crew arrived on time, they kept me informed with everything happening, and the job was completed within the estimated time frame (2 days). The job site was left even cleaner than when they started and the side yard where they dug for the drainage pipe looks like no one was ever there! Upon the completion of the job, Mark walked me through everything that was done and took the time to answer all my questions. The job is very sloppy and unprofessional. He made my driveway and sidewalk lopsided, left my flower bed a mess, put a large crack in my porch(it wasn't there before he started), sidewalk lines are different sizes and the manager is trying to justify the work. I am VERY UNHAPPY!! Now, I need all new cement work. This company needs more practice with this new method. Do not let them sell this method of shooting foam under your concrete. They do not have enough skill for the job.
