There was a weird hiccup about scheduling my tour when they weren't even open yet. (TripAdvisors fault) and a girl jumped in and gave me my own personal tour. It was extra special to me personally because it was my mom's birthday who passed 2 years ago and we always did fun stuff like this together. The girls there didn't even know or realize how much the kindness they showed me made my heart happy. We even got to see the Joey finally pop his head out. Such a great experience
This was a fun family day. The animals are very well kept. They have a Safari Wagon tour (you can secure your tickets and tour time online or wait and get them there), the petting zoo was great, and we even got to enjoy a Pumpkin Patch (seasonal extra). The Staff (Carmen, Chalo and Raleigh) were friendly and welcoming. They made our experience better. Highly recommend.
I had such an amazing time at Fragile Planet! The experience was unforgettable—getting up close with the animals was so special, and everything was so well cared for. The kangaroos were absolutely adorable and definitely a highlight of my visit. Being able to feed them and interact in such a calm, friendly environment made it even more memorable.
You can really tell how much love and effort goes into this place. It was such a fun, unique experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for something different and heartwarming to do. I’ll definitely be coming back!
This place is so cute and kinda hidden. My daughter absolutely LOVED the camel but was scared to death of the chickens 🫤 I'd suggest paying for tickets in person cause it's more expensive online. The tour guide gives instructions really well and is playful with the animals. I'd also suggest going to their earlier tours cause the sun is not as intense. They have a shaded rest/waiting area for in between tours. Most importantly, WATCH YOUR STEP. 10/10
There were only a few animals but they got really up close and personal. I loved how you can walk into the pen and love on the critters in the petting zoo. On the wagon, the animals follow you around and stick there faces in looking for food. We had a great time.
Staff was very professional and accommodating. Tour guide was very informative and patient with all the kids on the tour. Great experience, I highly recommend this tour.
The staff is friendly. The tour guide is very knowledgeable about the animals. He was friendly and you can tell he loves his job by the way he interacted with all if us.
One of the most well maintained wildlife parks and petting zoos we have visited. The staff was extremely friendly and the animals were too. Oliver the camel definitely stole the show, but there were a lot of great animals to interact with and learn about.
