This is a one of a kind experience. We visited with our friends Holly and Sebastian along with magician Mark Matsumoto, who gave us an epic tour. All the performances were mind blowing. So much fun. Quality drinks and worth every penny. Huge place so you'll need to be prepared to wander through and even then you'll want to come back.

One of my favorite days ever. Brunch today at the Magic Castle for our family of five . We saw all 5 shows and they were AMAZING! Small theaters put you right there with the magicians, so close. The history of this building and the people who have been here is incredible. World class magic made this retired accountant feel like a kid for 6 hours. Every member of the staff we met was great - helpful and friendly. Could not have been a better day.

Took our son for his 30th birthday. I've been wanting to take him here since he became of age. Everything was ok, except that the drinks are obviously, extremely overpriced, but that's what you get when you go to events, concerts and shows. One of the bartenders who I asked to confirm the price on a glass of wine I ordered (the price was different on their website), came off as though I was an idiot and I offended him (he responded very defensively and I just asked a kind and simple question), it was a little embarrassing. Other than that everything was great. $54 dollars for 2 Buffalo Trace Old Fashions (their well) is kind of ridiculous! You can get a whole bottle and the grocery store for $20 bucks or less! Magicians were gracious and funny but too many of the same card tricks from all magicians, they need to get newer tricks and update their shows. Dinner was acceptable, but not great for the you're paying. The $50 per person minimum should be less as some people like my wife can not eat a whole entree. I can make better garlic whipped mashed potatoes. My daughter in law ordered the shrimp pasta and it was no better and more expensive than what you can get at Cheesecake factory. I had prime rib, food could've came hotter but it was just ok. Lobster was good though! It was our second visit to the Magic Castle in 9 years and obviously with inflation the price of everything was much higher than 9 years ago. We do enjoy this place but will make sure we expect to pay more for drinks during our next visit, or just simply pregame it.

Very disappointed with our experience. The food seamed to be catered and for how incredibly expensive it was, the food was like awful wedding food. We came with a large party and everyone felt the same. Service was wonderful. Everyone was kind and helpful and funny. Drinks were good. Magicians were hit and miss. This was the first time in years that we’ve been and we were all really disappointed. Hopefully under the new ownership, some things will improve.

I have nothing but good things to say about our experience! My wife and I spent 8 days in CA, for national parks and the Netflix comedy festival, but our one night at the castle still sticks out as a major highlight of our stay. We were intimidated by it being our first visit to the Magic Castle but every person we interacted with made us feel welcome and like we were meant to be there. We stayed from 5pm to 1am, and while we were sad the final shows were cancelled due to low attendance, Magic Mel spent almost a full hour with us to end the night, making what could have been a letdown become a highlight! We hope to be able to return again someday!

An unforgettable experience. We visited the Magic Castle with our family this weekend and had an absolute blast. The performances were top-notch, the setting was magical, and the entire night felt special from start to finish. Every magician was impressive, and the staff made the experience seamless and enjoyable. Easily one of the most unique and fun nights we have had in Los Angeles. Highly recommend.

If you ever get the opportunity to visit The Magic Castle in LA, DO IT! The shows, food, service and location are fantastic! We watched several mini shows as well as the main show and had dinner and enjoyed the night! It was also decorated for Christmas and we loved it so much! Highly Recommend!
