Ode à la Rose

Update: company was great and sent another bouquet. However, flowers not much better than first bouquet. After 2 days most were dead or dying and flowers never opened. Received a bouquet for Mother’s Day today. The saddest bouquet I’ve ever seen. Roses and peonies are dying and brown. Looks like a dollar tree bouquet. Trust me don’t buy!!

This is the wrost flower shop to deal with. The delivery was crappy and don’t talk about the flowers. My sister ordered it for my birthday which was yesterday and it would have been my Mother’s Day also. I could have gone to the road side and got something better. The roses were already dieing and they were arranged as though a five year old did it. You are very expensive and your standards does not worth the price. I will never recommend them to no one. She placed this order all the way from Canada and when I sent her the pic she was vry mad. Do not buy from them. They don’t even deserve a star but I had to give it. Judi…

Ordered delivery for 9am -1 pm window. $400 flowers plus $30 for delivery. Delivery was late with 0 communication from the business. I called twice and left a message as well as an a written complaint. Asked my partner to stay home to be available for the delivery and it was delivered about an hour past the scheduled time. Business called me back 2.5 hours after the scheduled time and made excuses for the late delivery and said sorry but didn’t adjust delivery fee or respond to the business complaint at all. Flowers are pretty but not nearly what expected. They have wording “flowers received may be slightly different than pictures” but you can see it’s not just different flowers but a majority greenery instead of the flowers depicted. About 50/50 instead of the overwhelming color of the advertised picture. Over all I would NOT RECOMMEND. it’s false advertising you will not receive the flowers or delivery you paid for in a timely manner or the bouquet built as expected. I recommend going to a smaller or local business. I figured a big business would handle this more efficiently.

Don’t bother… The focus is clearly on marketing and flashy packaging rather than the flowers themselves. The bouquets are no better than what you’d find in a bodega… yet they come with a luxury price tag. A “French-style florist”? What a joke. They wish. Frankly, any halfway competent florist (even in the U.S.) could do better. I am highly disappointed.

I was staying at a friend who received an award and I figured these flowers would play double duty for both. The flowers arrived before I did and my friends sent me a quick text letting me know how much she appreciated it. The flowers were beautiful and classic and the perfect gift.

The flowers arrived in poor shape and barely a third opened after a week. Definitely did not justify the price. The only reason I am giving two stars is because the delivery was timely and in a solid box. Flowers were of poor quality before they made it into the box.

I give 3 due to fast delivery and seem like fresh roses . This looks empty considering 24 roses with all the fees and vase i payed $200 the was Not happy at all, could of make it subsequently better looking by green fillers

Ordered flowers for my daughter, and she loved them! Beautiful bouquets and amazing customer service - will definitely use Ode a la Rose again!
