Fast, reliable, and great quality! Speedy customer service. I was nervous about the image quality because I couldn't get the right image file, but the team did a great job and am really pleased with how the images came out. It was an Xmas gift and the order was ready in a few days. Easy pickup system. Would recommend for anyone in a pinch to order a custom shirt in NY area. Thanks!

Absolutely terrible quality of products. I had them embroider 2 hats for me and they completely botched my logo and the wording. The fact these even left whatever QC they claim to have is unbelievable. Emailed them and they refused to respond for weeks now. Don’t order from this place. Save yourself the headache. Terrible quality and terribly managed by an owner who can’t even respond knowing they made mistakes in quality. Terrible quality, cowardly owner, and unprofessional company. Buyer beware.

I usually never write a review, but this place deserves it. Great price, quality and super fast. They gave me an expectation of a 5 day turnaround for 40 shirts, and had it done in 2 days. Really amazing work!

I don’t understand these 1 star reviews! I am so impressed from start to finish - I ordered 100 custom tote bags on a Monday afternoon and paid to have them ready by Thursday at 6 pm. I received a text and email on Tuesday morning that they were ready (over 2 days early)… and even better… they look great! The team is very responsive and I would absolutely use them again!

I had an excellent experience with Customnia! I needed a shirt printed for my birthday dinner and they went above and beyond. Not only did they accommodate same-day printing, but my order was ready in just an hour and a half. The quality of the print was outstanding, and the customer service was even better. Fast, professional, and reliable; I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I’ve printed two orders with Customnia now and they both turn out great. Same day pick up is really good and is worth the cost for me. If they ever do POD, I’d be very confident printing with them.
