Süper güzel bir yer.Çocuklar ve büyükler icin harika.
This was so much fun! A bit of a drive from me but it was definitely worth the drive! So much things to do there!! The walk was beautiful! There were benches so if anyone needs to take a break and sit you can! Only complaint I have is there is one section on the trail that is not stroller or wheelchair friendly! But other than that no other complaints! We will definitely be coming back to visit!
Beautiful amazing and a memorable visit. We drove through the main path and it was absolutely jaw dropping beautiful. I stopped at big rock and walked the wood chipped path crossing paths with lots of birds, butterflies and squirrels. Big rock is definitely something to see and to read the story of why this big rock is in the middle of the forest. I sure wish I had more time to visit but next time I’ll plan on staying a bit longer and walk the trails. Admission is $25 for adults, Seniors $19, small children and infants are free. If you are a active duty military member or family of an active duty service member admission is free and the whole car is free meaning everyone in the car is free, you just have to show valid military ID.
Highly recommend the Acorn Express Tram Tour for first-time visitors for the 1,700+ acre. We had the choice of the 12:30 pm or 2:30 pm tram tour, and the ride lasted about 1-1.5 hour. We were lucky because our tour included four summer trainees on board, and with the tram almost sold out, the group voted for the “super long explanation” version, which made the experience even more informative and enjoyable. Even though we have lived in this area for over 20 years, we had never taken a tour before. The arboretum is so large that we would not have known where to begin or fully appreciate everything it offers without the guided tour. We were only a little disappointed that there were not many flowers in bloom during our visit on 5/27/26. The experience is very different from the Los Angeles County Arboretum & Botanic Garden in Arcadia, which we visited last week. The Arcadia arboretum is more focused on walking paths, flowers, trees, and peacocks. The Morton Arboretum offers a wider variety of activities, including a children’s garden, maze, miniature golf, and the tram tour. Visitors can also drive along the paved roads and stop at different parking areas for hiking and exploring. After the tram tour, the restaurant was a great place to relax and grab a bite to eat. They offer drinks, salads, sandwiches, wraps, and hot food as well. Overall, it was a very enjoyable day at the arboretum. Buy tickets ahead of time online gives you some discounts. According to online search, The Morton Arboretum membership includes free or discounted admission to over 360 other arboreta and botanical gardens across North America!
I absolutely love “Mobility Flow” at the The Morton Arboretum with Mandy Caverzasi! This class is the perfect combination of gentle stretching, mindful movement, balance work, and mobility training in one of the most peaceful and beautiful settings imaginable. If you are midlife, active aging, a senior, recovering from stiffness, or simply looking for a low-impact way to keep your body moving well, this class is a hidden gem. Mandy creates such a welcoming, supportive environment where every movement feels approachable and safe, no matter your fitness level. Mobility is so important as we age because it helps maintain flexibility, joint health, balance, posture, and everyday functional movement — things like bending, reaching, walking comfortably, and preventing falls or injury. This class focuses on exactly that in a calm, encouraging way that never feels intimidating. I leave every session feeling looser, stronger, more energized, and less tense both physically and mentally. Mandy is knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly attentive to proper movement and body awareness. She explains everything clearly and offers modifications that make the class accessible for beginners while still beneficial for more active participants. The atmosphere at the Arboretum makes the experience even more restorative. Being surrounded by nature while focusing on mindful movement is truly therapeutic for both body and mind. Highly recommend Mobility Flow to anyone looking for gentle exercise for seniors, mobility classes for midlife adults, mindful stretching, flexibility training, balance improvement, healthy aging fitness, or low-impact wellness classes in the Naperville/Lisle area. This class is truly one of the best things you can do for long-term mobility and overall well-being.
A place to enjoy nature and get in your steps. They also have MANY special events throughout the year that are always well organized and a little of fun. My membership to the Morton Arboretum is a prized possession!
I've been a member AMD have going here for yrs. I love all the events that they provide throughout the yr. I enjoy walking though the Arboretum it's so peaceful and enjoy finding the Artwork from different artists through out the years. Everyone who works there are so friendly and helpful. I recommend going if you enjoy nature. They have a cute area for kids and a hedge maze. I enjoy bringing family and friends from it of town here when they come to visit.
