Great looking leather love seat and ottoman. Salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would have been better if the 199 dollar delivery fee was mentioned before we committed to the purchase. Overall , we are happy with the experience.

I’m a very detail-oriented shopper who likes to thoroughly test furniture before making a decision, and I spend a lot of time considering all my options. Ryan was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions—and in some cases, patiently answered them more than once. During the multiple visits and extended periods I spent trying out couches and evaluating fabrics under different lighting conditions, he struck the perfect balance: he never pressured me, but he also never ignored me. He checked in regularly to see if I had questions or needed assistance. When it came time to place my order, Ryan walked with me to both couches to verify that he was recording the correct product numbers and fabric selections. I really appreciated that extra attention to detail. I received great deals on my purchase. I would definitely recommend Key Home Furnishings, and I highly recommend working with Ryan if you’re shopping there.

We had been to several furniture stores before visiting Key and it was such an elevated experience we will definitely do any future shopping here. The sales people were very relaxed and easy to work with. He was helpful in putting a couple items together and was very knowledgable of their items.

Found beautiful furniture at a local store in WA. Decided to look online for comparable pricing and found Key Home Furnishings could save us close to $2k on 2 pieces of furniture. Reached out to confirm pricing and was greeted by a super friendly person who was very informative. Found out later she was the store manager. She confirmed pricing, model numbers and we placed our order. Thank you Key for making our online purchase so easy!! We’ll definitely be back for any future purchases!!

Fantastic service from Lori at Key Furniture! I reached out by text about what we were looking for, and she responded right away. When we came in a few days later, the whole process was smooth and easy. Lori was very knowledgeable and made us feel like we were in great hands without any pressure to buy the most expensive option. Everyone we came into contact with at Key Furniture was warm and welcoming. We had visited a few other furniture stores before this, but the experience at Key Furniture was completely different in the best way. Their prices were also very reasonable, even better than the other places we visited. We’re now the proud owners of a beautiful Stanton sectional and couldn’t be happier. Next time we need furniture, we’ll go straight back to Key Furniture and skip the other stores. Highly recommend!

Janie was a fabulous consultant! She gave us time and space to look at accent chairs in the show room, but quickly accessible to offer information and answer questions! Pleased to not have pushy upselling!! She listened to what we were trying to achieve in the room and made helpful design suggestions while working with existing furniture/ decor. Thank you!
