I went there for the very first time and it's really fun!!!! There also at indoor pools, which is awesome for me!!! I definitely love swimming, there is at the gym near me, the locker room is so clean but it's too modern, the buildings are really nice, there are some lifeguards near the indoor pools to check for safety, there some vests too for safety at the pool, I definitely adore to swim at the pool!!!!!

The family atmosphere is so lovely, always enjoy our time there. There is plenty of parking and the building houses so many amenities. My family and I usually go to the indoor pool for smaller children which is heated and houses a cool slide. You must come take a look with all the kids you wont regret the adventure.
This facility is generally well-managed. The cardio and weight areas are consistently clean and free from unpleasant odors. The pool area is also well-maintained, with sufficient lanes for lap swimming and a designated kids’ pool area. However, today’s experience left me quite disappointed. I came in to swim and noticed two women ahead of me at the front desk, signing up for memberships. I was wearing my Bose noise-canceling headphones and sunglasses—something many gym-goers do. I politely asked the women twice if they could step aside so I could scan my membership card. Despite speaking respectfully, the front desk staff member, Tiffany, didn’t acknowledge me. Instead, she continued focusing on the new sign-ups. When she finally responded, she abruptly shouted, “YOU ARE RUDE!”—loud enough that I could hear it even through my noise-canceling headphones. Once I scanned in and entered, I saw the scanner confirm that I had checked in with a beep and red motion in it. While swimming, two managers approached me, stating they were told I entered without checking in. I calmly explained the situation. While they were understanding, they mentioned that their system doesn’t allow members to check in while new members are being registered. This is puzzling to me, as I’ve been to numerous gyms where members can simply scan in without disrupting the sign-up process. It’s hard to imagine someone with only 20 minutes to spare having to wait half that time just to get past the front desk. I’m giving a 1-star rating solely based on this flawed check-in system and the unprofessional behavior displayed by Tiffany. This could have—and should have—been handled with much more courtesy and professionalism.
I visit THPRD pools every day. I've used almost every facility that offer water workouts with an instructor. I go to Conestoga for deep water classes. It's an incredible pool and a very large rec center. The changing rooms are large, well-lit, clean and they offer lockers (bring your own lock). The instructor is fantastic.
I started coming here as a small child and would go swimming with my aunt. Its a really nice indoor swimming pool. Its not as big and fancy as the clackamas aquatic park but it is large and very much worth your time. It has a wonderful splash pad, great workout area. Everyone can find something they enjoy here.
This is a very well-appointed Rec Center with exceptionally kind and helpful staff. I came into the building for a very large Town Hall sponsored by our US Senator. I was parked about 8 blocks away. The young woman at the front desk gave us a big smile and directed us to the wayfinding and that was that. Excellent! Besides that, the place was immaculate.
I called to get information to file my taxes Tiffany answered pushed the process off to me telling me I needed to get on the website myself. I asked her, do you have access to seeing my profile and the amount of days and money I spent there, she said yes, I asked her why she is making so difficult. And why she doesn't want to do her job, she then hung up on me. I called back. I talked to Audra, she was very nice, she immediately helped me and gave me the information that I needed. I can see multiple one star reviews with this Tiffany person's name.I highly suggest letting this person go since she is putting a bad taste in most people's mouths when she speaks to them. She is not doing her customer service job professionally or correct. As someone who has been in the customer service industry for over 20 years this is not the way you treat people. This last time my kid went to camp they lied to my kid told him they called me because he forgot his swim trunks... they didn't... then allowed him to swim in his clothes!! Didn't call me all day.. his shoes and pants were soaking wet when I picked him up.. and they didn't even tell me!! My kid had to tell me he was soaking and mind you he had them on the rest of the day after they swam while his pants dripped into his shoes soaking his socks and the inside of his shoes. We had to throw them away...... and they allowed him to play outside with soaked pants, socks, and shoes.. he could have got hypothermia! and then when I called and complained about the way my son was treated they kicked him out the last day saying he was being inappropriate but yet the other kids were doing the same thing? They hire people that look like they should be in a circus and away from children.. they lie and they retaliate.. I do not recommend leaving your beautiful child with these people.
Excellent swim instructors for kids (love Emily from the Baby and Me classes!!!) and an AMAZING preschool program with AMAZING teachers (Teacher Janessa and Teacher Lauren are the best!). We've been coming to this facility for two years now and will continue coming. There's so much to do for the whole family!
